And yeah, was wondering why not many lyn-ers are taking Horley's whey protein... Is it just because of the price? Or there's other reasons...

It taste pretty good when mixed with milk, but it's quite bland when mixed with water...
Probably due to the inherent light taste of Horleys...

Indeed. What I disliked the most about it is that it's so hard to dissolve. Compared to ON, which is so easily dissolved and tastes good

heyo guys while we're on the topic of whey protein.... anyone got any comments or reviews regarding Myofusion? i've heard reviews abt it being very thick and tastes great....

but seriously dont know how believable these "taste great" reviews are anymore. =.= They claimed syntha-6 was yummy but i thought it was alot of bleaarrgh. my fave protein to date for great taste is still dymatize elite.

Yes. I tried Myofusion vanilla flavour and the taste is very sweet and its super thick. Like a smoothie. But i wanna try chocolate flavour after my vanilla finish tho.

Ah Dymatize... Last one I had was bought from Ernie umpteen years ago. Best taste imo but Ego Curve is usually sold out.

Some of you guys depend too much on weight gainers. A better option would be MRP's. Most people at my gym when I used to train in malacca didn't have much results with them. =/

Meal Replacement Powder. I'm considering my weight gainer as a MRP actually. The taste for cookies and cream MJ2600 is so so only. I'm on strawberry flavor now and it tastes like medicine.

medicine taste..tats sad. haha guess ill go back to choco flavor, sked cookies 1 too thick.

i also take my weight gainer as meal replacement. i cant really eat too much meal coz i feel disgusted when i eat too much meat.

currently i'm 77kg with around 15% fat percentage at the trunk area. my main objective is to get rid of the fat and gain muscles at the same time. wanna ask something about my diet.

breakfast-
plain yoghurt and protein shake, few pieces of multi grain biscuits, 1 green apple
lunch-
sandwhich with tuna and vege/chicken breast
dinner-
chicken breast/chicken soup with vege.
snacks in between meals
-green apples/multi grain biscuits

is my diet okay?

That link just cracked me up. To be honest, I couldn't be bothered about them special routines myself. Just love lifting them heavy weights.
