i wouldn't suggest doing arms right at the beginning of the week. You are going to have trouble with your other major muscle groups(chest, back..etc) later on.

Switch it to something like this:
Chest
Legs
Shoulder
Back
Arms

Thanks you for your reply. Currently am doing those, and today will include the Back day. My quad still sore, hoping it wouldn't damage my DL performance.

As for tineagle, I might try that next time. Maybe. Because the arms sore hilang in time for my Chest day. Or do you think that my workout are not intense enough? I do only 2 exercises for Biceps, and another 2 for Triceps. Should I add more?

I'm trying to minimize arms use on chest and back day like darklight says, doing partial. The pump was great

2 sets each is not enough. aim for 3-4sets.

if you follow the routine i suggested, you can maximize on chest and back, and still have enough left to go for more during arms because it is the last in the lineup.

Cheers.

the Dr also said i'm blood type A which is generally prone to high cholesterol.

Try adding fish oil supplement in your diet for some benefit.

kuch
not even dumbbells?
if you don't have any equipment, then use body-weight (calisthenics) for resistance.
do push-up and all it's variations

there's no easy, fast way to build muscle, no diet or supplement just for deltoids. it takes time as in everything else we do smile.gif

go here for deltoids exercise
