Anyway, cooked meat has better protein absorption. Raw meat takes too much energy digesting, it's pointless if you're in for the protein.

Yes it does. You need to stay in there for 5 hours everyday. And posting less on H & F helps burn your bodyfat too. Try iy.

i only stay for 5 mins then rest do that twice per day. I only do it the alternate day.

Wont it break the fat cell so that easier to loose d bf?

Just do it everyday. 5 hours. Even if everyone is laughing at you, keep at it. And you should do it during peak hours of LYN when most of the H & F regs post.

The steam room is just a nice place to relax lah. Benefits for fat loss is marginal at best.

He's not joking. and i agree... he should do 2 hours of cardio, 2 hours of weights, and 5 hours of sauna. and make sure he gets 12 hours of sleep for maximal recovery. remaining 3 hours shd be travelling, shower and preparing food to eat and eating.
he can look like rain after that. he shdnt waste time posting in LYN.
