hehe, i order spicy chicken but still makan the meat only XD.

Nowadays i m using Coconut oil to pan fry my chicken, seems like has better smoke lvl biggrin.gif

bro u plan to buy only 500g only meh hahha.depends on serving size. diff brand diff serving size.at minimum whey sud b taken 1 scp a day, either breakfast or post workout. bata's ON whey is rm180 for 80 scoop, scivation is slightly cheaper i think. rm 290 for 160 scoop. not sure.

10lbs of whey lasts me about 2 months.

500g? are you looking at Horleys?

please don't waste your money on Horleys, it is supidly overpriced.

500g, if lets say each serving is 25-30g would only be 16-20 servs.

Go for 5lbs tubs for starters, and 10lbs once you decide fitness is the thing for you and not just a phase.

ON whey rm180 for 80 scoops, about rm2.25 per scoop.

u take whey everyday. on days without workout u can take for breakfast. the best time to take it is after workout and right after u wake up.

i feel scivation is easy on the pocket if u take 1 scp per day, or even if u dont. if u really can commit, take 10lbs, but try to have a steady diet for about 1-2 weeks first, then get whey to supplement your protein intake. keep at it for 3mths or so n u sud see results biggrin.gif

usually i dun count how much it is per serving.
it's expensive and ur mind would ask u not to drink too much.
just pay one lump sum and drink as per instructed.

That long? Damn... I was thinking of fixing an IV line to my veins and infusing whey 24/7. Then a catheter so i don't have to constantly take a piss in the washroom.

Conversely I take no shakes per day, unless you count my home-made milkshakes.

I usually just throw the following into my little Magic Bullet and blend:
- 2-3 bananas, chopped and frozen
- 1-2 tablespoons of Hershey's chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1-2 cups of milk
- 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk (optional)

About the ice blended raw chicken is actually i saw a japanese bodybuilder did tat on utube and i cant forget about the scene he gulp down the whole freaking juice. ><
