i just dropped my complaint there,
i hope mcmc will help us to solve the problem,
like what i complaint streamyx before,
i got the call from streamyx on the 2nd day and they solved my problem within 1 hour!

dont talk crap about what the director intended for us to view. If want to follow what the director intended then why dont broadcast in 16:9? Why broadcast 16:9 programs in 4:3?

Yup. MCMC is the best way the complain. I also complain here last time regarding streamyx dont have a port in my area.
2 day later TM call and promise me to put new streamyx port in one week. No wonder i month should wait if not complain here.

In my opinion, irrespective of whatever Astro choose to follow ... international standards ... or even 1Malaysia standards, they should remember that they are being paid by their customers money.

I'm all for Astro to answer to SKMM !! They can choose to ignore us but ignore SKMM ... I think the press and just about all the media in Malaysia will pick this up and they can't get away with this.

yes, i own 32 inches LCD TV and do not have this function too,
even have a function name "stretch"(or same as the meaning, i forget the name),
but i still keep to watch in 4:3 mode,
the picture are just bigger a bit.

I think I and a few others have finally been able to shut gogo2 up..
its not as if I and others here cant accept opinions
But he was shoving the Pillar Box mode to our face and at the same time saying we should use it
He basically said we are dumb for not doing the right thing when not watching Pillar Box
Damn its my 42' Samsung Plasma, so my rights, my choice if I want to watch fat and stretch image

no la. I'm not gone. I still reading because I'm b.yond user. Hopefully stretch function is back and we continue discuss other stuff. I want to read other stuff liao. Stretch issue has been too long. Hopefully ASTRO give back the function to you guys....

I dunwan whatever version.. I want SD atleast viewable atleast as close to HD quality can liao...haha..Or all SD switch to HD!!
