What interpretation do you all got from above highlighted in red? Mine is about "stop complaining! what we have is time, there are still long time to go before we should deliver, we know how to do the day count down. by the time come you will get what you want."

but frankly speaking their work really slow. I understand even they got time but all the developer will prefer to finish faster rather than last minute rushing. I think they will wait until the Desa papillon finish only will start here. Desa papillon going to hand over by this year. I think this is their plan.

whether they can finish on time or not, for me is secondary.. the most concerning me is that how safe the buildings will be IF they finish the project in rush.. U guys know what i mean??

As long as the mining land does not turn out to be land mine, everything else is fine.

5 months!!! other developer in Malaysia already on2-3rd floor.

in china, 12 months can complete a 15story building.
average height in china cities is 40-50 stories. 3 years done!!

I try to take a pic from where i stay now but unfortunately I can't find a spot at my place which allow me to see whole view of the naked land. unless i enter to other ppl's unit or go into the low cost flat. hahahaha. Anyway I saw a few trucks moving around the naked land. Piling machine is there but not much activities although someone told that it is for the shop. Probably need some patient.

5 months, no progress.. 3 possibilities

1. Developer concentrate on taman desa high end condo project
2. The land is mine land, developer found out that they do not have capability built high rise on mine land.
3. Developer kind of lazy...

1. The developer is spinning the customer money in some oth place.
2. The developer does not have enough manpower to build more than 1 project.
3. Developer concentrate on taman desa high end condo project for completion.
4. Labour shortage.
5. The sales of the units are beyond expectation. They expect to sell out only in 6 months, and start building 6 months after launching.
6. They does not have enought money to pay contractor to start work as they are "loaded" in other project.
7. Holding cost in some unsold units in other projects.
8. Hey there is 36 months to VP, no hurry Boss.
9. The sales is done, 10% collected. Customer wont run away. Customer can't complain. Better put the money in FD earn some interest, built it later nod.gif
10. the 3 daughters went shopping. icon_question.gif

any more?

Hi guys, I just bought a unit at 1120 yesterday. Not much units left for options! Only lower level units available. fortunately, was able to get a pretty decent floor unit tongue.gif Went to scout the site as well, there's many piling machinery parked there atm. Pretty sure they're doing piling works on the land. This is my 1st property purchase, so i'm very nervous tongue.gif
