the price is nott for bumi,,,,,, promotion i think still have u better check with them on that...
1. Pay booking fees - rm2k (if u cancel booking before signing the snp they will refund rm1.5k
2. within 14 days u must sign the snp for the promotion to be valid, and u will need to pay rm300 for the snp legal fees
3. if you apple epf, they will give u another 14 days upon the offer letter for loan + the original snp is stamped to apply epf
4. pay the remaining 10% downpayment, downpayment - booking.
correct if i am wrong =)

Dont think will start so soon... maybe 3rd quarter only start ... never seen any big machine go in. now only test the ground.
