thanks. but m not worried about it. to me it's a good deal( as in 4.5 years later i start paying full amount.). but it take some kind of risk. if 'jadi', i'll be happy...if not...too bad. i stay myself.
too bad the lawyer fee is not exempted.

I guess many ppl looking for the same thing but ended up buying a condo instead due to its "hardly affordable" price tag. Maybe a second hand house will be easier to find than a new one. Look at the papers and property website. Or bettter still, buy those lelong houses...of course, there "might" be some downside which you never know...such as... "paranormal activities"...if u get what i mean... in the end, you realised there is no nice and cheap landed property in PJ area. Highly recommend landed if you got the money... smile.gif

thanks for your reply..
Seems no new landed house project going on at PJ
So, basically i am looking for a good 2nd hand house ard PJ
Can you recommend some good internet property website for looking houses?

"paranormal activities"?? I didn't get it...

for your info, if tak jadi, we bear the interest + principal for whatever money that the bank has release to developer. But since the take up rate is good, i think the risk of tak jadi is lower. Hope that it will not happen.

One thing weird about this project is that, the same director of Peter Holdings, registered a new Sdn Bhd, that is 1120 Park Ave Sdn Bhd to build this project.

Why don't they use Peter's Holding to build this project ? Actually sound fishy and if the director want to makan our money also easier. They just declare bankrupt the 1120 Park Ave Sdn Bhd, and Peter's Holding is not affected at all. And the director can keep the money in their pocket.

This is a normal practice by developer to register a new company for each of their project. This is to avoid mixing the accounting and legal implication to the parent company.

No need to speculate. Let us see what happen few months down to the road.

BTW, anyone called developer and check when they start piling?

If your house is over 250,000 (no discount for stamp duty), the lawyer fee with bank will be around 3900 (after 30% discount)

thanks wee2000, looking forward to a good news from you...

however, i have also mailed 1120 Park Avenue and received the following response:

"Construction shall commence somewhere in 2nd Quarter of the year. In terms of handover date, it shall be before December 2012."

Do not know who is correct, the lady at the show room or the mail...

on 3rd, 4th and 5th of february 2010, i purposely pass by the site on my way to go home. nothing is started at all. still the piece of same old land. in addition, i pass by the site (come back from yam cha) 20 minutes ago from now which is now at 0211 on 7th march 2010, still an empty land there!
