Don;t worry too much at the beginning since bank not disburse any amount to developer. I'm more worried if they built 80% then disappear just like what happen in tmn medan by a lousy developer.

Let's all of us start to call Peter's 1-2 times per month to ask when can start work. I think they should have more than 500 calls to answer per month.... biggrin.gif

if can ..drag the downpayment as long as you can till they start.

Thought they should already build something when they launch Phase1 quite some time ago.

Hi, they launch phase 1 at mid-december 2009. 90% sold on the 1st week.

normally, the construction work of this scale will take about 2 years to complete. Developer lite peters will opt to commence and complete the construciton work in final 2 years of 36months period stated in S&P. thus, no need to worry, at least for the time being..

hope it helps...

I guess many ppl looking for the same thing but ended up buying a condo instead due to its "hardly affordable" price tag. Maybe a second hand house will be easier to find than a new one. Look at the papers and property website. Or bettter still, buy those lelong houses...of course, there "might" be some downside which you never know...such as... "paranormal activities"...if u get what i mean... in the end, you realised there is no nice and cheap landed property in PJ area. Highly recommend landed if you got the money... smile.gif
