do u guys had disconnect problem recently? my wimax keep dc since yesterday, and i check in 10.1.1.254, their frequency keep changing between 2.85/2.75/2.65Mhz while state there showed handover ranging.

most of the time my wimax will unable to surf internet after the handover ranging and need to restart the modem to get the connection but it will dc-> reconnect and unable to surf again.

anyone know what is handover ranging, why i never see it b4 i back to my hometown for cny holiday?

My P1 will expire March. Do I need to pay for March later? because I want to terminate.

When do I need to send it to their hq? Just go there and say want to terminate?

has p1 really upgraded the coverage at cheras area? i received an email regarding the upgrading succesfull. my line been very good last week till yester, yester i couldnt even get a signal. called operator filed report again. when can the problems be solved?

P1 Wimax Voice problem:
I just obtain the P1 Wimax, but I can't seem to be able to make and receive calls. The moment the other side opens the phone, my phone stops..
Anyone here had the same problem before?

tried it, and this is the best spot in the house..
called them, and they said p1 wimax is used mobile only, not in house..

P1 Buddy,

May i know what does P1 do recently? My wimax keep disconnected since last friday, 19 feb, and it is getting more worst today, my wimax keep disconnect every single minutes. I don't have disconnect issue before chinese new year holidays but its happened to me after i come back from my hometown.

I wish to give P1 the benefit of doubts but i can't, i'm looking forward for the improvement since last year but P1 was really dissapointed me.

they are doing upgrade i think, i have such problem one time yesterday, green but no internet, then i turn off the modem, switch it back on, it stay on red, so that mean they are doing maintenance, just bare with it for now and let see how it goes, frequent red light happening lately, let just hope they really doing upgrade

I would like to terminate my P1 Wimax account due to I moved to a new resident where there is no coverage. I don't want to pay any penalty whatsoever especially the rm999.

My account is currently suspended. I started subscribing on Nov 2009. My subscription is for 1 year. I'm using a desktop modem.

I've paid on Nov 2009 = rm 139.70
Dec 2009 to Feb 2010 I did not pay. Bill now amount to rm 357.

I moved to my new home on Dec 2009.

Can the monthly fee of rm 357 be waived off? And I want to terminate without penalty. Or else I am not paying anything until my contract expires. Because P1 service sucks.

I talked to an agent three times with different answers. One said I need to pay the rm999 penalty stating that "the new address is not mention in the contract". Another agent told me to forward the case to the technical team, and if there is no coverage, the penalty will be waived.

I am fed-up with P1 Wimax for unreliable service and poor customer service. I want to get rid of it fast from my life and terminate my account ASAP. Please advice.

I have the worst No line at all since before CNY till now at Puchong Utama!! Complained since b4 CNY and thought line will be back to normal after coming bck from CNY...Worst!!

After follow-up, I was informed the BPU 7 station was vandalised! haizzz...Expecting to resume by Tomorrow ..otherwise gonna jump at them again!!

My siggy changed liao..I Hate P1 WIMAX!! Took more than 2 weeks to identify the problem!! & propbably longer to repair!!

Mind explaining where exactly is northern, southern and central region are?

All I know is the network upgrade has started and it will end at 13th March.

Sorry for any delay response. We have checked again with Finance, and the refund RM 199 ( modem charges) will be bank in into your account before next Friday (5th march 2010).

We have sort things out and find that we have mistakenly charged your account twice for your modem charges.

Sorry for any inconvenience due to this system error and refund is upon approval and has been resent again under URGENT request.
