For those people who terminated, mind telling me the steps?
I hope I get to keep the modem so I can smash it to pieces in front of my friends. This post has been edited by WooTz: Feb 27 2010, 11:52 AM |

Wow, today P1 has gone crazy. Constant 100++ KBps torrent downloads, haven't seen that for ages.
Keep it that way forever P1! |

Sometimes it really depends on your luck on finding a less congested base station. By rotating my modem slightly to the left or right I can switch my base station and went from 10kBps to 110kBps.
So try to experiment by switching to different base stations when you suffer any connection issues, at least it worked for me. |

Well yeah of course something has gone wrong. If P1 can potong my browsing speed to 1/10 of original advertised speed then I should be able to do the same with my RM99 bill.
Currently only getting 100 kbps download at most. Sigh.... |

Hey Lowyat_P1W1MAX,
I just want to know about this particular base station 00:00:12:A1:26:53 Is this a special maintenance base station? Because I can only get connected to it once in awhile. That base station gives the best signal among others in my area, so is it possible to let it operate as a normal base station? This post has been edited by WooTz: Apr 26 2010, 03:23 PM |

Hello P1, I believe I'm supposed to receive my 1 month waiver for piss poor connection since the guy called me up to confirm my area really does suck. That was 2 weeks ago.
So when I'm supposed to receive the waiver? This month's bill is still RM99 as usual, do I really have to call again and again just to get what I want? My account no. 101000610 Get something done please, either fix my pathetic connection or give me my damn waiver. |

Greetings P1,
Currently I'm subscribing to P1 W1MAX Home Plus with the contract expired ages ago (which is always good). Is it possible for me to downgrade my subscription to Home Lite plan? If it's possible, will my contract be renewed? |

QUOTE(JoBigShow @ Sep 1 2010, 07:06 AM) Last time my bro tying to downgrade his PLUS Plan, he went to the closest P1 1Stop paddock, but the leng chai working there doesn't know anything except to sell the new white modem and getting more people to subscribe ...later called P1 at their hotline and they stated that they can't downgrade via phone...you need to go to the nearest Reseller/Service Center that can be located below: If I downgrade, will they give me a brand new 12 month contract?http://www.p1.com.my/support/AuthorisedP1R...iceCentres.aspx It's funny that you can upgrade via calling them (or they call you immediately after leaving an enquiry at their main site) and they upgrade you less than 1 hour, but to downgrade, you have to go through all these hassle... |

Don't bother calling me or e-mailing me, just fix the goddamn base stations in my area, I've been getting rubbish signals with disconnections everyday for the past week. |

Yeah, well said dude. I believe the true solution for P1's consistent failure is termination.
Even my Digi's 384kbps pwns the crap out of my own P1 connection. |
