Regarding P1 voice plan
I just subscribed to the Home Plus and I'm automatically given the P0 voice plan. But I found out that this service is only valid for two month? What happes after two months? Also, how come I can't make calls? (I can receive calls) This post has been edited by tytung: Feb 10 2010, 10:02 AM |

P1 Wimax Voice problem:
I just obtain the P1 Wimax, but I can't seem to be able to make and receive calls. The moment the other side opens the phone, my phone stops.. Anyone here had the same problem before? |

Hi I would like to enquire about the pro-rated charges.
1.How exactly it is counted? 2.Does the counting includes the 7-days trial period? 3.It is only for the first month's bill right? So from the 2nd bill onwards, the bill will be normal (i.e. only the price of monthly subscription)? Thanks |

After the maintanence, VERY SLOW upload speed now...and the nearest wimax tower is only accross the streer!
Why does P1 do their maintenance not according to their schedule?? This has caused my business serious loss. If they cannot give me a explanation, I'll report to the related department. My account number: 103093894 This post has been edited by tytung: Mar 7 2010, 12:13 PM |

Hi I am a current Home Plus plan user and I would like to get the new P1 modem.
I wonder if I can trade in with my current DV-230 modem? or pay a minimum amount of money? It is unfair if we are required to pay RM399 for it since our current plan already includes payment for our modem. It is also unfair for us, compared to the newly sign customers, who pays the same amount of money as us. |

QUOTE(earthcrystal @ Aug 5 2010, 07:01 AM) Lowyat_P1W1MAX. Yes I strongly agree! With the launched of the new modem DX-230, there should be a marketing exercise to cater for existing customer who are still using the dinosaur modem DV-230. May I suggest that existing customer who has subscribed more than one-year should entitled for a free upgrade. Without us, loyal existing customers, will P1 still be around? Without us, loyal existing customers who has to bear the ups and downs with P1, endless complaints and fine-tuning to help improve the services of P1, will P1 still be around? We, loyal existing customers are the pioneers and the roots to build the foundation of P1. We, loyal existing customers has been tolerance and supportive. I think it is time P1 should rewards us to ensure that we will continue. Please advise. With RM399 it is not called an upgrade, it should be called a new purchase of modem. I agree that customers who is more than a year's subscription plan are entitled for a free upgrade, or an upgrade with less than RM100. Please reflect this to the appropriate department of your company. |

QUOTE(p4n6 @ Aug 5 2010, 05:56 PM) I like your idea of getting free stuff. No.But I don't see Maxis giving anyone new iPhone 4 when for loyal and early adopter of iPhone 3GS. Or else I will be really really happy!!! Thanks to your idea, I also wanna demand Toyota to give old VIOS model user for a free upgrade to the new model! 1. Unlike the phone example, the modem is their own product. 2. There is not an independent market for their modem, their modem also does not work with other wimax providers. 3. Values of mobile phone and car degrades rapidly, but modem don't, especially wimax modem (because of 1 and 2 above). 4. Even for car and phone you can sell/trade in and get new ones with lower price. BUT P1 demands RM399, full price of the modem. |
