I have the worst No line at all since before CNY till now at Puchong Utama!! Complained since b4 CNY and thought line will be back to normal after coming bck from CNY...Worst!!

After follow-up, I was informed the BPU 7 station was vandalised! haizzz...Expecting to resume by Tomorrow ..otherwise gonna jump at them again!!

My siggy changed liao..I Hate P1 WIMAX!! Took more than 2 weeks to identify the problem!! & propbably longer to repair!!

No line at all since b4 CNY till now. Keeps on calling & chatting online wth P1 team for the past 1 mths..Started wth disconnecting problems in Mid january & thereafter line getting worst wth RSSI >-80, CNSR <12 & TX Power >25! B4 bck to hometown, on Thursday..No connection at all..result all N/A..Called P1 & they said will rectify within few days..Thereafter CNY. I was away.

After bck from CNY last Thursday, NOTHING been done!! Worst they keeps on asking me to shift here & there & I almost wanted to terminate until John called me on last Friday to confirmed the base station at jalan BPU 7 (Bdr Puchong Utama) got vandalised! That's more than a week to find the problem!! He told me will be rectified withins few days..But I called back them on Monday after can't get connected! & told me might be rectify my Today...Well nothing done yet & on the way bck Y'day - I can't see anyone repairing thne base station at Bdr Puchong Utama!

The only consolation..They agreed to waive my bill for the duration of my problem..Hope this is true..

Still NO Line since 12/2/2010. Area surroundinmg Puchong utama & Bdr Bkt puchong 2!!

Probably due to the latest announcement on their lost suffered!

I potong expecting better than streamyx bcos streamyx Tecjnician thay came to me a day after I complaint early last year told me that they will take > 2weeks to repair.. So I jumped ship expecting better....Well I enjoyed the speed on Youtube & oversea sites although speed avg 1200kbps as promised but after their Potong promotion, lines got congested & not as fast anymore...furthermore they don't response as fast as TM!

promised to send technician but never turn up & closing my case via SMS although yet to rectify & suddenly..blank...no line since 12/2!!! haizzz

Actually your result on RSSI & TX power very good dy although CINR abit on low side. When I 1st subscribed, I'm getting avg -58 rssi , TX power ~ -+ 5db & CINR ~ 15-20

Now..N/A since 12/2/2010 & still waiting for them to replace the vandalised cable at Jln Meranti 1/17 (Tmn Meranti Jaya) Even b4 the vandalised thing happened, I'm getting a high of -80 RSSI, CINR of 5-10 & TX power as high as 25!!! since Mid Jan till the N/A incident on 12/2/2010! Horrible!!

ok i potong liao & they silent on my 24mth contract bcos of my almost daily complains since mid jan & they even agreed 2 refund me my 1mth advance. Nice cs @ counter 7. Counter 6 cs kena shouted wth f language haha

Too ensure no penalty, u must proof u can't get line, keeps on complaining almost daily for the past 1-2mths, & send them your RSSI, CNSR & TX power reading...Those are proof that no matter how you try, reading still at super low side, keep on DC or N?A at all..

P1 as well as other wireless ISPs depend on locality & & also how near you are from the station directional antenna. If they moved the antenna facing elsewhere, & even you live <500M away, U will received bad signal as what happened to me when they upgraded the antenna towards other area bcos that area ppl staterted complaining of bad reception & they upgraded & resulted in my location which is not so far away now facing backward!

Also very dependable on how many subscriber login-in on that station...For sure klang Valley will be hitted hard so the line in whole of KV really congested & P1 officer don't really deny the fact!

During CNY, I was in Taiping & due to the fact of lack of subscribers, I was enjoying avg DL speed of 150kb/S torrenting & speed avg 1300kbps there...superb.. but once bck from hometown gone liao!! coupled wth the vandalised cable for the past 2 weeks, I decided to terminate!

Wel, not really to bombard P1 but after using them for almost a year & comparing wth streamyx, My numbers of complains to P1 were more than Streamyx. Furthermore the response time...If u compklains to streamyx, you will get the technician coming nxt day althought somnetime they can't fixed on that day. But you call P1 Wimax technician to come, they closed your case the nxt day via SMS although suppose to send Technician!! Furthermore my request to ask the technician coming for the past 3 weeks b4 the outage b4 CNY...never turn-up.

This leads me having no choice but to condamn them as the worst of all ISP I hv used b4! interm of response time & after slaes services. Nvertheless there were occassion esp b4 the potong promotion, that I can get good reception & streaming oversera sites were much better than streamyx...Too bad it has to end this way due to their slow responses!

Simpang in Taiping? If yes Taiping number of subscribers still very low & thus you should be able to get full speed! i was in taiping during CNY & staying @ Tmn Kami, Aulong. I'm getting avg speed of >1200kbps & was so happy wth it..Torrenting daily & within 3 days in taping i already used up 12GB! of my bandwith torrenting there ...so fast wth avg torrent speed of 150-160KB/S!! Too bad coming bck to Puchong NO line at all!! No choice but to cancel P1

Yes Taiping is definitely still at infancy & lack of subscriber 7 thus I can get max & stable connection & so do u on RM49 package. however when the line getting congested esp those areas wth high P1 subscribers esp Klang Valley..everything gone kuku!! So watch out now. Taiping & probably more new areas in M'sia probably happy right now & so do me happy wth the speed at Aulong..but once sunscribers increased..gonne liao!

Continue to report your slow line, slow response time & provide wth all supporting such as your RSSI, CNSR & TX power reading. Also continuosly call them (But try not to be nasty such as shouting/ etc) & give them dateline to rectify. Thereafter after the dateline, goto P1 & cancel & asking for waiver because no point to continue as the dateline to rectify (The no line problem surrounding Puchong Utama/Bkt puchong2 since CNY) already expired & you are not forseeing line will be better after the rectification bcos of the high RSSI/CNSR/TX power....Well they do offer me discount & waiver of fee but I lost trust wth them dy...

That's the problem wth P1. Although the CSR is OK & attentive..They will siad OK-ok..I'm sorry We will send techician & blah blah but at the end....no result. the said techinican never even cme & the unsettled report suddenly got closed!....This is the worst thing about P1 & i think P1 buddy needs to look into it. Although he replied & etc here, & even PMed me for my a/c no which I willingly gave but thereafter still nothing happened & I hv to called CSR & gave them dateline & thereafter straight away cancel!

What ever you rant here, u better lodge proper report wth P1. Otherwise y7ou will not able to challenge them once u insist on waiver or even cancellation wth waiver on the contract penalty

I think they changed the billing period since end of 2009. B4 this it was 1st to 31st now 14th to 15th.

I was caught in the act in January by torrenting till the max on 31/12 & speed reduced to 384kbps by 1/1..Started complaining why they dun revrt bck to 20GB until they told me..new billing period is from 15th to 14th..& I used to the max dy ...haizzz..Hv to wait till 14/1 to get bck the speed of ~ 1100kbps...The worst after 14/1..I faced new challenges..speed seldom mainatined at 1100kbps dy..only 600-800kbps...After continouly complaining & checking noted my RSSI degrading & they told me of the upgrading wordk..but why degrading my line?..sumore they closed my case via SMS at this point of time

Continously complained till 12/2 b4 balik kampung & line totally off!! They told me will investigate but nothing until i called bck after CNY..Only on friday 19/2, John called me & confirmed kena vandalised..and that's 1 week they do nothing to investigate during CNY time!!

With all these logs..I decided to terminate my P1...phewwww...anyway..tnx toa those nice ppl in P1 such as Pn Sharini, Michael Tee, John & more that contacted me since Jan. Too bad they really lack of Technician or whatever to handle these kind of case...so sad...

Oh BTW, my neigbour told me Y'day their P1 still offline since CNY!!...Feeling guilty to recommend them P1 when I jumped ship last yr!

Not how many days but already almost 1mth now since 12/2/2010 here in Puchong Utama/Bkt Puchong2/Meranti Jaya area.

However they only claimed outsge on 19/2 bcis they only started investigating on 18/2 !!

If it's really slow & you hv lodged multiple reports why not just terminate? They will waive the penalty if confirmed the area really having weak signal or no signal at all

P1 really having a bad day nowadays....Their so called longer than usual Upgrading works sure will causing them losing more customers...

What about cases areas after upgrading facing vandalised cabling & also lost of signal due to movement of the current anttenna?

They probably need to come out wth a press conference on this otherwise will be losing more customers..

Klang Valley? I know I can get 180KB/s at Taiping
