i have been having bad connection speed since tuesday... website doesnt load properly, need to refresh few times... and my signal is green light...

acc no 101054153... now im located in Taman Shamelin Perkasa...

If they dont change back to the 40kbps cap limit, then i really potong wimax edi... if they cant provide, i wont comply...

I know why they capped us at 100kbps... cos they dun want us to lodge a report at CFM...
I couldnt load CFM properly for an hour... they are so cunning...


Im just curious, is the anyone here that got their Fair Usage reset at the beginning of the Month ?
If nobody got it, then this doesnt even justify whether its a heavy or light user.
Everyone just got f***ed up...

Or only the heavy user didnt get the reset. anyone can fill in ?

Is there anyone experiencing P2P being Throttle ?

My torrent just keep upload, but wont download... sumwhere between 0 - 5 kBps...
But using HTTP download is ok...

They might not reply... but they do call on the next working day...

Today they called me, but i wasnt able to answer...

Usually if i post here and wait for their call, the problem resolve faster... better than calling their center and getting all those "Frequent Answered Quote"...

Just like the TMNut... even after the authority took measurement, they still give shits...


No matter how the low-end struggle, the top guy doesnt feel a shit...


Unless u got a better way to throw back the shit to the top, nth will be changed...

Did p1 start to block p2p torrent already ? i couldnt get 1k with any torrent... but i can surf the international web... what's the problem here ?

My place is going to have the Unifi this mid year... and i still got the contract until next year...
At least Unifi can offer 5mb line with 60GB bandwidth and 1mb cap afterward, not a bad choice...
As for the line stability i think is just on par with P1...

How to terminate without penalty ? XD
Cos my line still usable... no entirely bad...

I couldnt connect to the internet since last Friday.

It always blink yellow and red...

Sometimes in rare occation when it got connected, it will disconnect within 30 min.


On Mon, i called the careline, the operator told me that my current location is congested.
So he told me that all i can do is to wait till its not congested then only i can go online.
He also said he couldnt do anything about, and didnt make a report.
Since then i still havent got a proper connection.


So doesnt this mean that P1 cant deliver a stable connection
and im entitle to terminate contract without penalty ?


If still couldnt solve by next Monday, i will lodge a report at CFM requesting termination without penalty.

They have obligation to not answer to any question that post a threat to their service...

They are paid to do so, u should just give... instead of this

Just call their customer service, they will have to answer ur question directly...

If they avoid your question, ask for their name and report to the MCMC,
then MCMC might terminate the line for you for FREE...

My modem start to hang after using for 20months... does any have the same problem ? using DS-230 desktop...

The coverage still green, the connection still online from the admin page...
But i cant connect to internet at all...

well... usually for new subscriber, they will lower cap the old subscriber to channel the bandwidth to new subscriber... so just when u r fixed with the contract, u become the old subscriber... so when there is any new subscriber within ur coverage, they will lower cap u...

After that when u try to complain, they notify you its a best effort basis service...
Its either u stick with the contract or penalty for terminating the contract...

400 kilo bit per seconds = 50 kilo byte per seconds

download all calculate by Bytes... so they didnt cheat, just misguided... and all broadband is best effort basis, meaning we dun like we can cancel only...
