I'm quite sure P1s management also aware their line problem, and instructed counter to accept termination without penalty, they did not give any problem at all to terminate. Do not shout, talk to them nicely ! Good luck ...

K, I know.. I wont shout.. I know mayb p1 is still a new line.. So it might have some problem with stability.. But I really hope p1 can impress me with stable and fast internet... So that I can still stick with it as teh setup is simple and can be DIY

P1 as well as other wireless ISPs depend on locality & & also how near you are from the station directional antenna. If they moved the antenna facing elsewhere, & even you live <500M away, U will received bad signal as what happened to me when they upgraded the antenna towards other area bcos that area ppl staterted complaining of bad reception & they upgraded & resulted in my location which is not so far away now facing backward!

Also very dependable on how many subscriber login-in on that station...For sure klang Valley will be hitted hard so the line in whole of KV really congested & P1 officer don't really deny the fact!

During CNY, I was in Taiping & due to the fact of lack of subscribers, I was enjoying avg DL speed of 150kb/S torrenting & speed avg 1300kbps there...superb.. but once bck from hometown gone liao!! coupled wth the vandalised cable for the past 2 weeks, I decided to terminate!

Hi I would like to enquire about the pro-rated charges.
1.How exactly it is counted?
2.Does the counting includes the 7-days trial period?
3.It is only for the first month's bill right? So from the 2nd bill onwards, the bill will be normal (i.e. only the price of monthly subscription)?

p1-watfk always experience bad connctivity during night n after 12am... freqent dc every +-10mnutes tru out the night, n they expect us to move the modem around everytime for signal

p1 buddy my line is TOO SLOWWWWWWW in this two weeks..please check for me..i'm really dissapointed with p1 now..why my data haven't finish yet but the line is getting slow....my account NO:101806149 !!!!!!!! vmad.gif

wahh.. so many complaint... but after my first day trial, connection seems to be stable with 5010 seconds(83minutes) uptime so far...no DC as for now.. im gonna take a print screen of the status page for prove, just in case the service detoriarate after my 7 days trial period....

but there's just 1 thing that puzzles me.. from the website, the best direction to get good signal is to point my modem towards north, but instead, south gives me the best, furthermore facing a tall 18 floor condo...funny yeah!! maybe some of you who always get red signal status can try this method... try all directions....who knows, maybe it'll work.

i sure hope my internet works as what P1 have promised... so pls P1, dont let me down... i need a stable connection to be able to connect to my company VPN...cos worst come to worst, i'll have to use streamyx again, which im tryin to avoid due to past bad experience...

Wel, not really to bombard P1 but after using them for almost a year & comparing wth streamyx, My numbers of complains to P1 were more than Streamyx. Furthermore the response time...If u compklains to streamyx, you will get the technician coming nxt day althought somnetime they can't fixed on that day. But you call P1 Wimax technician to come, they closed your case the nxt day via SMS although suppose to send Technician!! Furthermore my request to ask the technician coming for the past 3 weeks b4 the outage b4 CNY...never turn-up.

This leads me having no choice but to condamn them as the worst of all ISP I hv used b4! interm of response time & after slaes services. Nvertheless there were occassion esp b4 the potong promotion, that I can get good reception & streaming oversera sites were much better than streamyx...Too bad it has to end this way due to their slow responses!
