Nope, f them gao gao if wan to charge extra, they need to provide solution since i am tie to the 2 years contract.But they will assign base on the following condition(wat told by their engineer):
1) Your really experience weak signal.
2) Your area is not congested (both link and site congestion, dun really understand but they will check).

1) Line was ok when i 1st subscript to them.
2) Then line become super slow when they ask people to "potong"
3) Then light goes from green to yellow then red (wtf??), found signal weaker day by day (wtf again???)
4) Call to customer service, said site congestion issue. Waive part of my fee and ask to wait until date A.
5) after 1 month waiting, still got problem after date A.
6) call in, kantoi them and they escalate to 2nd level.
7) after talk to 2nd level, they agree to give me outdoor modem (ahhhh, i cant take my modem to other place liao, since its fix)
8) Contractor come to install (around 8pm until 12 mid nite, because i was not available before 8pm)
(this is wat i like compare to streamyx, where streaymx technician come without calling, then make appointment also didnt come.....)
9) problem settle.
