TICKET Number is 277499
I had a problem with my Internet for more than 1 month, and was fixed last month. A P1 Contractor came and replaced my Outdoor P1 Unit. Apparently it was faulty. Everything was fine right up to few days ago, I do not have Internet now. The same exact problem as before. I REALLY NEED THIS TO BE FIXED. If you do not have a reliable service installed for customers, I may as well change ISP's. When do I expect to get my connection fixed ? or for someone to reply ? The customer service seems to be busy everyday , regardless of the time I call.. ???? I just contacted W1max again - My TICKET Number is 277499.. Please let me know if anyone can help me fix my connection.. Thanks, Nanda |

Until now, no calls yet, and this has happened 3 times before in the past, and in all 3 times, my Outdoor Modem was changed to get this matter resolved. |

Today i only can successfully complete 2 speedtest, the first one in on my earlier post and now this is the second one that really piss me off when half day i can't surf crap!

Guys, after the 7 days trial, how much I should pay for termination? I subscribe last sunday and have to send it tomorrow (not even 7 days trial:( ) but because currently have urgent matter to have internet connection, planning to use it for another weeks.
P1 representative told me that for 7 days trial, they will refund upfront money (RM100). After 7 days, I have to pay RM99 for termination and no refund. Is it right? |

Hi,
P1 most surely has the most apt promotional campaign slogan of "potong now"... the thing is, most of the P1 users are wanting to Potong P1. I have been having issues with supposedly 'congested' P1 especially in the last 3-4 months in J.B. Complain after complain, things seem to get from ust bearable to &#^(@ crappy. My A/c no is 100781541 and my 1 year contract is up around 18 or 19th of this month... and guess what? I don't plan on remaining a P1 client. This latest fiasco of Ninja- changing the FUP dates is bullshit. for the first time in probably half a year, I find myself exceeding my FUP allocation For all I know, my previous month's usage wasn't reset when this new cut-off date policy was implemented. I'm throttled to such a point that accessing my e-mail on G-mail is hardly loading... don't even need to mention regular surfing and even loading & posting on this forums is such a bother. Made a complaint, all I got was standard issue apology from the customer service rep.. give a case number (377930) and was told it would be looked into. I have commended your customer service before, but seriously, even if the customer service is world class (not saying it is, but), the tech and infrastructure support is really a major let-down. Seriously P1, things just keep going downhill with you... So, looks like its time to starting looking at other ISPs... |

And when's the PC fair in KL region that just happened not long ago? 5th of December, U got it. P1 knows that they need to cap more of the users limit to ensure that the new customers get to "enjoy" the incredibly fast speed during the first 7 days of trial because they know that KL has a very congested network(not like JB, the network is still not very congested but soon it will), which after that will be a total disaster. So after that when the trial period is over which is like 13th of December, the network will be congested again, and the new customers will be tied down by the contract either for 1 year or 2 years. Great technique right? And guess what? You cannot take legal action against them. P1 is registered under Green Packet Berhad, which means anything that is lousy, hopeless, kanasai, you can only blame P1 but not Green Packet Berhad. But all the money masuk Green Packet Berhad, so if you sue P1, you cannot sue Green packet Berhad. Pandai kah? Just like the "Island Red Cafe" which is registered under "Red Cafe", all the money masuk "Red Cafe", then the Director ran away with 10million, but you can't sue him. This con job is legalised, depending on how much you know on Law and it will save you from hell. I learnt my lesson and you all should. capped at 100kbps means u will download at 15kbps +/- of full speed 150kbps.

Seeing all the evident posted about p1 ninjaing the FUP i submited a official complain to cfm and i hope that all those affected by the new FUP policy please spare some time and do it too...together maybe we can make a difference. I call for void of the 2 year contract due to breach of trust regarding the FUP. I also provided my speed test and evident of p1 ninjaing the FUP noted by other lowyat user. Please spare 10 minute to do a proper complain and exercise our consumer right |

I know why they capped us at 100kbps... cos they dun want us to lodge a report at CFM...
I couldnt load CFM properly for an hour... they are so cunning... Im just curious, is the anyone here that got their Fair Usage reset at the beginning of the Month ? If nobody got it, then this doesnt even justify whether its a heavy or light user. Everyone just got f***ed up... Or only the heavy user didnt get the reset. anyone can fill in ?
