Incident ID: 303784- P1WIMAX Technical Complaints

I had a problem with my Internet for more than 1 month, and was fixed last month. A P1 Contractor came and replaced my Outdoor P1 Unit. Apparently it was faulty.

Everything was fine right up to few days ago, I do not have Internet now. The same exact problem as before.

I REALLY NEED THIS TO BE FIXED. If you do not have a reliable service installed for customers, I may as well change ISP's.

Please call me and fix this.

Pay a visit to P1 center perhaps? smile.gif



I did visit P1, but was informed that someone will call me back,then confirm for a technician to come over to check.

Until now, no calls yet, and this has happened 3 times before in the past, and in all 3 times, my Outdoor Modem was changed to get this matter resolved.

My P1 was fixed last week after the technician replaced my outdoor unit. But after that now, same thing happens. I do not have Internet again now.

Is there a service interuption in Jln. Gasing ??? or is it my outdoor unit problem again?

Please let me know asap.
