P1 rep,
I subscribed to P1 for almost a year now and only happy with the service in the first month ... after that everything go downhill. This is one issue I will deal separately, what I want to know is this: I have this 1st generation modem, can I get a free upgrade/swap to the latest model, the one with wifi and also voice built-in? |

dear p1 rep,
I need to terminate my subscription due to poor connection since I don't even remember when but especially since the maintenance in May. I have chat with the rep online and she said can terminate without penalty since my address is on the 11th floor. The problem is have to go to Paddock which is so inconvenient for most people ... What about those who live outside of Klang Valley? Plus, even though my account got suspended few weeks ago since I no longer want to pay for the "can't connect 99% of the time" ... after suspension, the bill still comes ... asking to pay for no internet connection, what is this? |
