P1 most surely has the most apt promotional campaign slogan of "potong now"... the thing is, most of the P1 users are wanting to Potong P1.
I have been having issues with supposedly 'congested' P1 especially in the last 3-4 months in J.B. Complain after complain, things seem to get from ust bearable to &#^(@ crappy.
My A/c no is 100781541 and my 1 year contract is up around 18 or 19th of this month... and guess what? I don't plan on remaining a P1 client.
This latest fiasco of Ninja- changing the FUP dates is bullshit. for the first time in probably half a year, I find myself exceeding my FUP allocation
For all I know, my previous month's usage wasn't reset when this new cut-off date policy was implemented.
I'm throttled to such a point that accessing my e-mail on G-mail is hardly loading... don't even need to mention regular surfing and even loading & posting on this forums is such a bother.
Made a complaint, all I got was standard issue apology from the customer service rep.. give a case number (377930) and was told it would be looked into. I have commended your customer service before, but seriously, even if the customer service is world class (not saying it is, but), the tech and infrastructure support is really a major let-down.
Seriously P1, things just keep going downhill with you... So, looks like its time to starting looking at other ISPs...
