I would suggest that you dont pay, and start subcribing streamyx or any other broadband. Let them chase you instead!.

If P1 brings you to court, you should explain violation of agreement made by P1, such as 10Kps speed whereby FUP clearly indicate it capped to 400KPS. Keep TC Agreements and the screenshots of speedtest as evidence!. If would be best if you can tape the lady's conversations as a proof that this is an unfair practice of FUP policy which has been violated by P1.

Im still waiting for them to change back the FUP system,if they not changing it by next month,im not gonna pay my bill and gonna bring this case to court where they changing their policies as they like.

Yay~ after 4 months of struggle, I've subscribed Streamyx and guess what, it only took me 5 days for me to get the phone line and streamyx all together.
Good to go Streamyx~~~
Now, Im with Streamyx 4 Mbps~~~Hahaha~
Cut P1 now to avoid the Struggle.

yeah wondering why.. don't worry though got a complaint lodged at cfm, for their last email to me was:

"Notification will not be send but amendments are done in P1 Website.

If you have exceeded the FUP, you might notice slower speeds, especially during peak hours. The exceeded speeds are dynamically managed by the network."

Good luck on the dynamically part.

Just in case anyone is wondering, there's a clause in this website (assuming all ISPs adhere to this rules) http://cfm.org.my/internet-access-code-0#2-3
See section 3.5 and read it (since the web site says no copying, etc)

Do not. I daresay, subscribe to the 40Gb package. Basically if you exceed the 40Gb, you're with the rest of the gang (even those paying only 99RM per month). You only pay 100RM for the additional speed and the 20Gb additional. If you go over the limit, they do not treat you like you're paying 199RM per month.

Anyone notice P1 doesn't have any promotions for existing subscribers other than that auto-payment thingie (which in essence they, as a company, will benefit more).

The problem is that they stealthily changed their FUP, starting this month.

Incident ID: 303784- P1WIMAX Technical Complaints

I had a problem with my Internet for more than 1 month, and was fixed last month. A P1 Contractor came and replaced my Outdoor P1 Unit. Apparently it was faulty.

Everything was fine right up to few days ago, I do not have Internet now. The same exact problem as before.

I REALLY NEED THIS TO BE FIXED. If you do not have a reliable service installed for customers, I may as well change ISP's.

Please call me and fix this.

=.= today i receive an unknown call from P1 those told me due to my billing record are great,they will send me a free Wiggy Starter Kit 4GB(with modem) for 90 day period on this saturday. shocking.gif shocking.gif rclxub.gif still thinking izzit a joke or ...? =.=

i'm wating for streamyx too sad.gif but still don't have service for this building =.= just wondering TMpoint might think since i already sign up 1 enterprise SDSL & 4MB home combo package at one house then i can't sign up for second's house.. has been wait for 2 year + but still don't have service provide for my second's house. =.=

Last time i just have to fill up the application form like home package for streamyx enterprise SDSL ,But office name and license number are needed to subcribe P1 office plan =.=... i don't have a choice,only can subcribe for Home Pro package and face the FUP issue like you guys did.40GB? it's only take 10 day to use up all 40GB FUP when the connection is stable.

Depends how you see it, the FUP is to protect the regular users from abusive users who tend to use the service for illegal filesharing, movie downloading, movie/drama streaming, torrenting etc.

P1 should however ensure after the FUP, user should minimally still be able to perform normal web browsing activity.

Only TODAY i manage to complete and speedtest!! look at the upload speed. seriously, i can't surf crap. upload speed is required for transfer acknowledgement!

- P1, again my line is instable since tuesday!!

- when my line connectivity restored! it only last minimum 1 - 2 days only!!

- This is the life cycle here, i got line issue, i complaint, connection restore and good connection for less than 3 days and i complain again and again connection restore and good connection for less than 3 days and i complain again!!! how many fooking times we should play this game?? till my contract end!!!???

- where is my last month waiver? why am i still paying for last month bill where i was already promised last month bill to be waived? Big Fat LIAR! i should not even have to pay for last month bill cause i can't do shit on internet! PLEASE CHECK ON THIS MATTER, my last month bill is RM98.++

- Begining of this month;
- i can't use my privilige to work from home yet (day job)
- i can't upload my work (source codes, business application) for my client to verify!! (evening part time job)
- i have to fork out additional expenses on courier charges for sending my works (CD containing my source code, patches, application!!! all less than 7.5mb) !!!
- i only can manage to watch 2 movie beginning of this month till now! 5 minute youtube clip took more than 20 minutes to watch!!

- Today suppose to be my fooking holiday and i can work from home due to Singapore & Malaysia Clients. and guess what? i can't even VPN back to office. Sure hell monday i am so gonna get screw!

- Can't do work, fine! at least i can watch a movie for relaxing? but NO!!! i can't even stream shit!! coming into lowyat and post this frustration took me 25 fooking minutes!!!

- ANSWER ME!! HOW MANY TIME SHOULD I COMPLAIN ON SAME ISSUE AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN!!
