If P1 brings you to court, you should explain violation of agreement made by P1, such as 10Kps speed whereby FUP clearly indicate it capped to 400KPS. Keep TC Agreements and the screenshots of speedtest as evidence!. If would be best if you can tape the lady's conversations as a proof that this is an unfair practice of FUP policy which has been violated by P1.
