Tempered glass ballustrade - can explain what's this?

its the glass which replaces your conventional metal railings that can be normally found in condos...which sorta gives a modernistic touch to the facade of the building

the photo take illegally during the SA not around. so not much picture taken. normally showroom should not allowed to take pic... i also dunno why... mayb scared competitor copy their design. overall, i think the design is 80% nice onli...jes my opinion la..haha

just pay a visit this morning...everything is fine...but the master bedroom quite small...the bed frame seen customize ...smaller than normal one...i thk only 6ft x 6ft.

Was at the showroom yesterday. It is nicely renovated and decorated. However, it looks small as compared to the 12xx sqf unit in Atmosfera, especially the master bedroom.

Of course smaller... show unit is type B 11xx sqft while Atmosfera is 12xx sqft unit

Sorry, I should have said "it looks much smaller" than Atmosfera unit.

Zest is 1191 sf, Atmosfera is 1282 sf. The difference is 91 sf on paper. But in actual, I felt that Atmosfera has more space. I could be wrong.

Atmosfera master bedroom is bigger, balcony is bigger, extra maid's room. The other 2 rooms are about the same size, so is the kitchen. May be that makes up for the 91 sf difference.

Cannot have king size bed liao

i thk still can...from the wall behind headboard to the opposite wall total length approximate 11ft. king size bed normally 7ft length, if we put the wardrobe like show unit its around the 2.5ft

Total is 11ft - 7ft - 2.5ft = 1.5ft (walking space)

but remember ur wardrobe's must use sliding door, if not cant open.

i asking about the renovation cost for show unit, the SA said it's around 200k.... i rather use the money to get another unit. too expensive lah

Yes, master bedroom has not much difference with the 2 other rooms - except for the bathroom. I think this is Type B - which is compensated by large balcony.
