Dear fellow Zestians,

Let us all please return to the friendly warm and cozy discussion that we used to have. There is no (monetary) benefit for anyone of us to "gain a breath of air" (cantonese saying) by pointing/criticizing at what others are saying. I have seen worse "debates" in some other forums regarding another condo, and the only conclusion I could make from that was "gosh, luckily didn't buy there, imagine my neighbours like that...". Let's just stop right here and then, before things go out of control and ugly.

We all can complain about anything that we don't like here. But bear in mind on the approach we take. If you are really vested in this (and of course if you hope to make money from this property), remember that lots of prospect buyers/tenants are reading this thread. If we go down the road of negativity, we will only give our prospect buyers/tenants the wrong impression that the property is problematic - when the problem is probably manageable.

Thank you and looking forward to meet you all at the showhouse gathering!

I think its likely Station 03 (it states between Bkt Jalil and Kinrara, where Zest is located near to this border)
Station 04 is Giant Kinrara
Station 05 is Kinrara Industrial Park

Bingo, the one with star is with multilevel carpark  smile.gif
*
Station 03 - Bukit Kinrara

Think closest to us would be Giant Kinrara? Next thing to hope for would be feeder bus rclxms.gif

P/s: I merely communicate this based on what the SA told me. Pls do your own intelligence to verify the above. There's a sour retard from SW sales office wanted to attack me at any opportunity just bcoz she could not verify her false claims smile.gif

Was busy moving house over the weekend, and was shocked to read all these bombardment! Luckily she's not vested here tongue.gif
Anyway Pai kor, nevermind her calling you liar - we're all just too busy laughing our ways to the banks rclxms.gif

Untill now, i know that the minister of finance say that all RPGT will be tax @5%,

But the Inland Revenue Department say different thing.. disposed within 1-2yrs @30%, 3 yrs @ 20% 4yrs @15% and 5yrs and above @ 5% and the calculation of the tax is using a FORMULA (whereby your gain on the disposal of property is NOT directly multiply by the tax rate)

Mind to share where you got that piece of info from IRB? Cause what's stated in the IRB website is not applicable after 31 March 2007 and there isn't any update based on the 2010 Budget.

earlier post, u put target tz at 10% below sw, does tat mean u put tz"inferior" than sw, and whether u "eat rice or eat porridge" depends on sw success  brows.gif  brows.gif

it seems at ur confidence in tz is eroding, than being realistic  sweat.gif  sweat.gif

The way I look at Pai's logic - undeniably SW is setting the new benchmark in Puchong in terms of PRICE.
Reason of the 10% below SW price - Setia brand, location (as everyone would agree, that's Central Puchong), overall concept.

If SW is successful, it will set the new trend of condo pricing in Puchong.
If SW is not successful, then we're on our own to set the trend.

And not to forget, our entry price is much much lower compared to SW.
