a brief FR about the show unit:

as soon as i entered the 1st fl where the show unit type b is, was greeted by their gm..introduced himself as mr khoo, formerly from bukit hitam development..yeah that bandar bukit puchong. looked almost deserted in the late afternoon when i expected huge crowd to throng the place.

no photos allowed to be taken .. so i just abided by their rule lor.

my impression is that type b balcony is spacious..not just spacious but bona fide spacious. u can put 2 big round banquet tables there. was reminded by the lady sa that type a balcony is shorter. *using her toe to point to the spot while demonstrating how short the type a balcony was*. elsewhere the id uses too many mirrors, trying to create a sense of spaciousness. obviously not to my minimalist taste. the helpful gm then impressed his visitors by lifting up the toilet seat covers which then slowly n gently fell into position with pin drop silence instead of abruptly crashing down like reminding everyone that ur business is done. i could see that the lift is indeed kone. the gm who was getting down with me proudly mentioned .. kone lits, they r made in finland.

went to see the showroom last sat, tat time didnt bring camera as suddenly think of pay a visit when pass by zest. IMO the master bedroom is rather small. then sa said they will upgrade the aluminium frame glass window with a better quality one (powder coated with tinted glass?) dont know wat's the term for it.
the bathroom looks quite nice, however, glass shield is and the rack in bathroom is not provide. it will be inside add-on package i think. n there will be add-on package for renovation such as installing air-con and cabinet etc...

OMG.. still no photos. Ill bring my camera there this sunday.

dont know how much is the package for renovation? it would bring a lot of "headache" to them...hehe.... plan to add some power point at living hall, kitchen, balcony and master bedroom, hopefully they wont reject.

picture not allow? why? pictures should b a good promotion tool to sell the house for tose who bought that as investment.

I have been to the showroom unit last sunday late afternoon. Surprisingly not many people. I went there with average expectations since my SA said that they still need to do some touch up. In the end, I was really happy about the show unit. Thank you for not disappointing us TT 

The tiles that they provided for the bathrooms are nice! And Johnson Suisse's WC and wash basin. And yeah, Type B is more spacious than I expected. They gave rocker switch which the staff said it's more modern.
Overall everything looks good but since I'm not very familiar with the materials they used, I hope they don't just look nice, but it's actually of good quality!

As mentioned by another forumer, the window ledge is not just pure stainless steel but are coated now. According to the staff, they upgraded it for all the buyers. And they will install the waste incinerator [COLOR=red]thing.

Can't wait to get my unit!!

You sure that owner would have an incinerator in the condo each?

Please take photos of your show unit and publish them in your official website. There are many buyers who are currently not in KL and we yearn to see the show unit!

Agree... I wonder why there is no updates on their websites such as the sales office reallocation and the showroom availability.

Oh before everyone got misunderstood on the incinerator thing...it is SINK grinder / incinerator (to crush soft bones, food waste). I wonder though if we want to change the sink, whether it'll be easy to do with the incinerator thing
