RHB bank can do the monthly repayment start from the first disbursement?but my officer told me last time that i only can pay the interest,cannot do the prepayment.and he bluff tat no other bank will let u do monthly payment.only can pay interest only..so how can we do the monthly instalment first?wat the process for tat?need to write in letter to the rhb so tat i can start monthly prepayment liao?thanks.

today passby the site..i think will be ready on october..the road is almost done..so hope the showroom will be ready by early october.

i received a letter from the developer that they will move their office to the zest building on 10/10/09. so i think on tat day we can view the show unit already.ha...so happy waiting for so long...
