Saw those leftover ones are quite bad units all facing htc.?or else think people also sapu...what is happening in glenmarie?? Nothing is cheap there

Cant imagine coming launch on the superlink house...if 1000 people turnout for balloting the whole glenmarie will be jam jam jam

Those left over units majority are back facing main road, hence damn noisy with heavy traffic passing by days and nights...

2.3 mil price is high, but is it expensive? I dun think so. Do study the locality, land are, built up and house quality, it shd be relatively the cheapest new SD in vicinity area

as of 6pm just now, 54 units sold, so left over is only 6 units... wow!!! tomorrow sales gallery is closed... for registrants of super linked, I&P will post out the invitation letter on Monday morning, hence u'll receive it latest by Wednesday... if still no, pls proceed to sales office on Thursday, they can generate on the spot for u... pls bear in mind that participation in balloting only for those with invitation letter.

most of the banks are their EF, as I&P is very opened one... ocbc, uob, citibank, hsbc, hlb, pbb, ambank, cimb, mbb, bank islam, bank muamalat... but heard some buyers said citibank is offering the best deal

I am not the SA there, if u can see, most of the SA are bumi friends... I'm just a passionate property lover who doesn't have enough fund to invest.... hence weekend got nothing to do but see properties here & there...

Is this true? There is bumi discount for all the units and fully transferable to non-bumi. Therefore there is a guaranteed 7% profit.

This question is repeating and I personally thing is not a easy thing. Alot procedure and you are not 100% successfully for this kind of case.

If you're successful in the balloting process you'll have to sign the SPA on the same day and you've also got to prepare a draft of RM50k!

Good luck. Is it really going to be thousand of applications? Is the market really so hot?
The financing cost is very low at BLR-2.5 now, but with tighter rules....net income policy. This is actually helping the rich to get more property/loan...with cheaper finance cost.

I am only curious whether there will be slight upward adjustment of the selling price based on an unexpected good sales performance of the Semi-D.
