If it is the life style which you are going for, by all means, go ahead.

But from investment point of view, buying a house at a strategic location could get a safer and more lucrative return.

Let's re-define or twist the discussion a bit more.

Let's make the question this way, if you have the capability to do a 1 mil investment ( either pay cash or loan ), would you invest in a 1 mil link house in Temasya Glanmaric or a 1 mil semi-d ( or bungalow whichever meets the budget ) in Ipoh ? We have to leave out for own stay, only looking at it from investment perspective.

Note also that almost all 28 x 70 facing federal highway..and trust me it is very very noisy...overall this whole phase is going to be noisy wonder why inp did not launch this as 1st phase with cheaper entry price and less ideal location

This round they only have about 70 non-bumi units for sale, and they claimed to have >1000 people registered for it. The second number need to be heavily discounted, but even if discounted until 200-300 people, that still need balloting.

Found it on the brochure..Phase 1 (as per year 2010)

1) 28 x 86 - BU = 3,427-3,475sf = RM750k to RM997k - 2012 Market Price = from 1.45M

2) 28 x 96 - BU = 3,920 -4,027sf = RM880k to RM1,166k - 2012 Market Price = from 1.5M

3) 28 x 120 - BU = 4,562 - 4,652sf = RM1,023k to RM1,390k - 2012 Market Price = from 1.6M
I know more than 50% are purchase internally for those with big cable$. And there is a 1 week queuing story plus commotion during launching.
Either the price was set too low to benefit internally during that time OR the price SOAR$$$. Well, those that fought it through really $mile to the bank!

OK perhaps it's too optimistic to hope that history will repeat itself this time round, but even at 50% gain, it's still decent.

Very hard to say, last yr Kinrara Qaseh launching, claimed 1500 registrants for balloting, end up only bout 30 turn up for window shopping, bout 10 enter the balloting... yawn.gif

Oh really ? Apparently Qaseh is still available from developer, and they have not adjusted the price since launch. You know buyers are damn "jin" (贱),they don't buy if the prices stay stagnant.
