I am quite surprise that the minimum price for 28X70 is only RM 1M. I wonder the indicative price for whether it will be already sold out before public launching.

But bro..seriously.....If I got 1mil to buy this house..i would consider to take this 1 mil to buy a semi D @ Ipoh and starting a own business...

Take 1 mil for investment... ...you the man...bro..

Nothing wrong bro.... just thinking if we use back the same value (1mil) and gain something more..

For example....

Now i spend 1 mil for this DST only... while i can have

500K = Semi D
200K = Luxury car
300K = business...

But taking 1 mil for investment... and we need to pray hard by that time we still got investor willing to buy..

It just my 2cents..bro..

I think all these discussions are irrelevant..the million dollar question now is can u get any unit for the 28x70
Internal people might sapu it before launching and left the expensive units for public to ballot

This round for cheaper units no dibs no freebies...all makan sendiri

Note also that almost all 28 x 70 facing federal highway..and trust me it is very very noisy...overall this whole phase is going to be noisy wonder why inp did not launch this as 1st phase with cheaper entry price and less ideal location

Normal superlink that cost 1M also need balloting  ... Malaysian pockets are actually very deep ...

Found it on the brochure..Phase 1 (as per year 2010)

1) 28 x 86 - BU = 3,427-3,475sf = RM750k to RM997k - 2012 Market Price = from 1.45M

2) 28 x 96 - BU = 3,920 -4,027sf = RM880k to RM1,166k - 2012 Market Price = from 1.5M

3) 28 x 120 - BU = 4,562 - 4,652sf = RM1,023k to RM1,390k - 2012 Market Price = from 1.6M
I know more than 50% are purchase internally for those with big cable$. And there is a 1 week queuing story plus commotion during launching.
Either the price was set too low to benefit internally during that time OR the price SOAR$$$. Well, those that fought it through really $mile to the bank!

Still ok la as long as it is not lynas  , i tot majority are offices, warehouse and show room?

The location is worth 1mil and more.

However for just a 24 x 70 for a mil perhaps a bit pricey plus difficult.

For me if I afford a RM 1-1.3mil superlink, I am gonna look for corner unit or if intermediate it must be at least 24 or 26 x 80 or 85.

24' x 80' is definitely a better formation

Very hard to say, last yr Kinrara Qaseh launching, claimed 1500 registrants for balloting, end up only bout 30 turn up for window shopping, bout 10 enter the balloting...

but the cheapest one now you can buy from them under Qaseh is 950K for 24x80.  Many other houses in Kinrara can get at lesser price

good to see not many is keen due to the price plus no G&G....hope i will have better chance to get one for ownstaying 

Chantek, Warna, melody etc

many diehards from Subang Jaya and USJ who die die wanted to stay in the neighbourhood.

Lousy USJ Heights also selling >1.3m. 2.5s linked houses in BU are smaller, older and no G&G oso asking for >1.4m.....and many bought for ownstaying.

Nowadays G+G is a necessity. So many other areas already have fenced up and guarded for years and the participation of the residents are generally good. The monthly charges are minimal if compared to how the quality of life has improved. I don't how this developer can close one eye on this.
