I think 4k registrants is correct.

Met 1 guy represent his family, put in 5 cheques, another lawyer put in 10 cheques. The number of ppl present there didnt reflects the number of submissions, because 1 person can have many submissions (diff name of course). Once they kena, only call their family members and friends to sign SNP. Most of them stay around there, like Temasya Suria, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam....

I also want to know how to go about the financing part?
If the 1st purchaser (from developer), do a deed of assignment with subsales purchaser. The sub-purchaser cannot get the Deed of assignment to apply loan, since it is a no DIBS project, the 1st purchaser still need to get the financing to pay for the progressive interest and etc.

So meaning to say sub sales purchaser just paid 10% and nothing until VP, and just purchase it as an option????
