participation in balloting via invitation letter only. RM 50k banker cheque to take part in balloting, registration from 8.30am-11am (so no more glass breaking incidence like last time , can sleep until 10am too ). only 1 pc of entry per buyer, so don't think of increasing your chances by putting a few RM 50k banker's cheque ... 11.15am balloting starts... SPA must be signed on the same day... balance 10% to be paid within 60 days...

latest + hottest news, the semi d will be launched on this coming Friday, ie. tomorrow instead of 21/3/2012... no banker cheque needed, u can bring along your own cheque book and sales based on first come first serve...

As of 6pm just now, 41 units sold out of 60, dont u call this good response? Bear in mind the min price is rm 2.3mil. Saw some jokers said citra banner is everywhere, must be a lot of leftover units.. hello, belum launch, banner sure everywhere la.. just to correct, i&p isnt only giving free spa but also 50% mot, free 2 yrs security fees for this semi d....

Those left over units majority are back facing main road, hence damn noisy with heavy traffic passing by days and nights...

as of 6pm just now, 54 units sold, so left over is only 6 units... wow!!! tomorrow sales gallery is closed... for registrants of super linked, I&P will post out the invitation letter on Monday morning, hence u'll receive it latest by Wednesday... if still no, pls proceed to sales office on Thursday, they can generate on the spot for u... pls bear in mind that participation in balloting only for those with invitation letter.

I am not the SA there, if u can see, most of the SA are bumi friends... I'm just a passionate property lover who doesn't have enough fund to invest.... hence weekend got nothing to do but see properties here & there...
