Is the SD next to the TNB sub-station?

Talk to the SA mostly vip and some vvip( datuk tan sri ) buyers...that is why can move ahead of market trend...was told this morning q nearly end up quarels among early buyers

Been following up on the reports and looks like though mentioned everywhere that the property market will be slow in 2012, but seems that it is other wise.

Just wonder for those early bird, any discount on this development? Any Sifu can comment or have any information regarding this?

As of 6pm just now, 41 units sold out of 60, dont u call this good response? Bear in mind the min price is rm 2.3mil. Saw some jokers said citra banner is everywhere, must be a lot of leftover units.. hello, belum launch, banner sure everywhere la.. just to correct, i&p isnt only giving free spa but also 50% mot, free 2 yrs security fees for this semi d....
