don't know about lake edge.
but glenmarie is surrounded by other posh developments. only setback is shah alam address. potential catalyst is lrt and future uoa development. |

seems like 28x120 have the most units.

did you notice that the phase 1 prices have gone up quite a fair bit lately?
3 weeks back, still got adverts asking for rm1.3mil, now is nothing less than rm1.5mil! sigh! |
