did you notice that the phase 1 prices have gone up quite a fair bit lately?
3 weeks back, still got adverts asking for rm1.3mil, now is nothing less than rm1.5mil!

I think RM1.5 actually is on the high side. I think after bargain bargain...maybe u can get at RM1.4M.

28 x 70 is going to sell at RM1M onwards...better deal if you are the 'lucky one'

i also received the invitation letter today.

Can anyone confirm the following?

1. one or more bankdrafts per letter?
2. if more bankdrafts per letter are allowable, then registration under same or different name for each bankdraft?

Dun think a lot for sale..occupancy rate quite high and some banners only for rental

Still puzzle why the semi d is almost sell out in 2 days....the 4 units that is left over is directly in front of htc really really bad units...and bear in mind have to sign snp on the spot hmm.gif is these people in Glenmarie or going to move there so rich????

The thing about this phase 1 price is that bank can value at 1.4 to 1.5m for the smallet unit...if bank can value this price why should the owner sell lower?? This is unlike some high price area why valuation is much lower than asking price ie DPC

Is the 1.5m valuation for the 28X120 ft units? New launching price from 1.7m.

Bear in mind there will be high end condo, tentative price similar to Isola.

People are just trying their luck.

You can always put a house on the market for a while for a very high price and hope to get lucky.

Semi-D left 4 units as at 1pm today, and it is just the 2nd day.

For new launch this Sat, 4,000 registered...and even if 50% come for balloting, chances are too slim.....sigh.

It seems to me that the market does not slow down at all. Looks like many people have deep pocket and the price of 1 million seems nothing to most of the people nowadays.

Bank Negara only set the barrier higher(net income) for loan. However, once you can cross over...financing cost at 4%-5% is low.

Phase 1 i can see still a lot of empty units, i think many ppl still got strong holding power.

Last fri only heard about 2k ppl register, today already 4k ppl register? Lets see how many ppl actually attend this Sat. If only 1k ppl coming, the whole stretch of road will be full of cars.

I am too still waiting for the invitation letter, only received SMS today ! Hope to receive the letter tomorrow.
