Got my measurement taken earlier today. As I suspected, some of the measurements gets smaller due to busy work/college schedule and dont have time for regular sessions. sad.gif

I usually just take off shirt for pic wor... Not really working out without shirt. Plus, usually do that when all the others left (my company's gym closed at 7) and the trainer usually wont mind me hanging out late. Hehe.

Height is 174. Weight varies between 58-60. I think it might be lower now.

I just do basic gym exercises as advised by my trainer. 1st day for chest and back, 2nd day for shoulder and triceps, third day for legs/squat and bicep. And repeat the following days.

Guys need advice on this.

How to improve on that area? It looks really weird to have boney wrist when other area are okay. Like cacat lor... Will wrist curl helps? Or am I doomed by genetics?

That old man is natural btw, he warned me not to do roids.

Just want to share what he thought me today with you guys, these simple tips makes us focus on what we are missing.

Haha... My gym trainer/caretaker is like that. Always helpful. Since the gym is in the office, sometimes he'll come into the cafeteria during lunch, and several people will hide their food, afraid they'll be given a free lecture on eating healthy. laugh.gif
