the machine at my dad's clinic and the hospital tend to say i have 20% bf%
but i think after some time looking at my own bod, i think my bf is around 22-24%
ridiculous la the machines nowadays...

current goal - culking (cut - 40% bulk - 60%) for 3 months
then balance from july-dec back to ultra cutting and conditioning

i) the front wing (lats) dah bukak
ii) pinggang more kecik
iii) abs less bloated (more taut in fact)
iv)in certain routine can see traps...last time nada... tongue.gif

havent took pictures of quads yet
cuz lighting macam very bad even if i see results, its not lean enough yet (but its hard muscle that one is for sure)
i think i did post some stuff last time
but tenggelam i think in all the rantings we all did here
hahaha

quads? hard?...ahahah dued....quads ar easy la...compared to calves....try forearm and calves... now those are hard!:)

good work bro. waist from 50 drop to 32 now. great stuff!!
all those years of accumulated stuff isnt easy to get rid of. Keep it up bro.
btw, u dun have calipers to measure bf%?

wats his back workout routine like?
lots of pull ups? or db row? lat pulldown?

I started 2 years ago.

You can refer to my BodySpace for stats. the id is the same as my LYN id.
