full ROM can be such a b**** especially when you got long limbs. by the time your chest gets pumped up, your triceps give out first. hahahahahah.

Just came back from OHM gym. Anyway thats what i did today
bodyweight squat 1x10 Squat 60kg 1x5, 80kg 4x5, 85kg 1x5 Deadlift 60kg 1x5, 100kg 3x5 Jerk 50kg 5x5 Bench Press 55kg 5x5 |

so it's 70LBS dumbbell presses. Which is still a big amount. I don't think I can handle that much weight. |

If I tried that, I probably wouldn't even be able to get the DBs up, let alone press them. Then I'd really pop something in my back.
