Hmm, in the 2 months that I've been off going to the gym due to renovations, injury problems and exams, I think I've managed to keep my back a little bit in shape. Looks like the pullups I've been doing at home for the the past month worked. hmm.gif

Relaxed and spread.

Thanks. Yeah, definitely a truckload more of shrugging for me! xP

Will be going to an orthopedic surgeon tomorrow to get a definite diagnosis of my lower back. My local doctor mentioned the possibility of a prolapsed disc. sad.gif

Me too, actually. Used to do gymnastics when I was young, and I'd come home with minor injuries week in week out. xD I just haven't gotten anything as potentially serious as this before. =/

Missed a 200,got a double on 190 @ 71kg bodyweight. My shoe sucks, I need something more decent. Its like squatting on sponge. I'd probably get more punch with a WL shoe. cool2.gif

dude, nice lats...but i think your upper body look a lil bit weird when your arm was not developed at the same pace as your lats...u know what i mean aite...look like starscream ?? tongue.gif but still, awesome lats...

i got that kind of knee wrap also, http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/gl/redline.html

but never use it, feeling it bracing too hard on my knee. when the time i squat your poundage. i will probably use it XD

I can't post a vid because it will link to my youtube profile, there are nude videos of me in it cool2.gif

Use your wraps, make sure you wrap it as tight as you can till you feel like your knee is about to come off. The knee wraps im using is a 20yr old knee wrap, it has lost its tightness and stuff. I might be able to get more punch if i use the new APT Strangulators knee wraps.
