Wooahh big guys.
But florian, besides the nipples I was thinking that everything should develop proportionately? Serious question, is it normal to develop like that and I have no idea or i am right and it's slightly disproportionate? |

QUOTE(Florian @ Oct 17 2009, 11:16 PM) My abs are under that thick layer of fat. My diet is really high cal and high fat. What to do, no stove here, everyday eat out with economy rice. All my friends are skinny want to be big but don't want to be muscular, so they all want to go KFC, McD. So I have to follow them la. But at least for now I'm not going to competition/going out half naked so look big ok liao, but then haha I don't have abs. But no abs, no ah moi. But I've a big feeling you will get the abs you want once you really want it. So leh, it's true they say what you eat today is what your body is tomorrow. Even if you're on roids, you still need to eat a lot to build those muscles. Just a hunch lol. Woah, winkybear, that's some seriously good progress... |

QUOTE(emino @ Oct 18 2009, 10:33 AM) Who cares about abs when he looks that impressive? Its not like hes going out shirtless every single day. Eh? Personal satisfaction and the knowledge of having a well toned body instead of just certain parts.Physique like him looks impressive when he even have a shirt on. And of course the other satisfaction of going swimming and beaches with the knowledge that you look good. |

Somebody just asked that earlier and the reply was that it's normal. But would be good if you keep adding weights gradually and at a manageable rate.

K guys, which formula do you guys actually use for bodyfat count? or is there some sort of universally accepted one?
Been googling and seems that there are quite a few different methods. |

Despite the risk of being epic-ed by someone i would still like to share some thoughts lol.
That's an awesome bod man. And you look like ur BF is really low. I guess its not cardio, just the abs not developed enough. Wait, I'm no expert, let the experts comment. |

I replaced the chinups in the stronglift 5x5 with the pull-down machine. Yeah I know i'm suppose to stay away from machines and all but that's the only thing i can do now because of my sprained wrist. Any other recommended replacement?
