Hmm....ok sounds good. Can I take a range? >.> 3-4 kg for me.

Errr...question : how to avoid weighing myself when BF counter is using it? >.>

Also, I might be reporting late on the last week : travelling during that period.

yes, intra-topic challenge. i did this some time ago with jones. achieved like... 70% of my target but that was not too bad smile.gif

myremi,
the urge to weigh urself is stronger than the urge to stuff ur face with ice cream. it's all about willpower baby. just check ur bf% now, and ur bf% after a month biggrin.gif

if 5kg sounds hard but achievable for you, then go ahead biggrin.gif . i only hv like less than 10kg to lose so 3kg is pretty tough smile.gif

Doctors who don't understand physical fitness well and they usually start ppl off with cardio as it's easy for ppl to go for a walk and then move on to other fitness regime later on.

Hey Syd G, how about making a separate post for that 1 month commitment. Fatties Unite! Hahah! Easier than wallowing through all the pages here.

I am ON but my challenge is on body fat only...not the weight.

February BF = 22.7%
current BF = 20.9%
Target BF in early May = 17%

SydG (sifoo) - 3kg in 30 days.....that's quite a work. I did the same run for last 5 consecutive days.

How you calculate your body fat? blink.gif

pizza: Do you agree or disagree? and WHY....

I thought cardio is one of the best way to lose weight......i.e. burn fat.

Cerebus - There is a machine that looks like a weighing machine that can evaluate body fat. Must take out shoes and socks to use that machine. Available in gym or pharmacies.

myremi - I think you should set your goal to be a hard-to-achieve-number so that you work hard for it....a challenge marhhhhh...

tengster : cannot put the weight target lower. else it's considered unhealthy weight loss. but maybe can change BF% but I dunno how to set the goal in comparison to the weight loss. healthy weight loss is 0.5 kg- 1 kg per week. I'm just adding one more kg on top of the 4 kg per month which is my rate atm.

if u can help explain how to set BF% goals, that'll be great since sky.live also wanna do it.

my 5 kg not easy lah. end of the 30 days, i'm in UK lah and eating out out out. need to jagaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...

btw, i'm in kl during the labour day weekend. wanna meet up guys? for morale boosting over something healthy.... wink.gif

btw, anyone here drink lemon mixed with water? I find that it help to prevent tiredness for me, even better than coffee ( coffee never helps)

In UK, it make your challenge more challengging and meaningful.

I am good for labour day meet...can go grab healthy food....(if wifey didnt hook me up with some activities).

BF -.........it seems good range of BF is 12-16%......one tend to get more ripped. I dont exectly know how I set my BF. It took me to drive down BF from 26 to 20.7% in 3.5months....I am challenging myself to reduce it by 3.7% in 30 days....as a challenge....

I think I may be able to do it as I am improving my stamina for cardio.....and keeping my diet clean.......

Speaking of which, need to get a new pair of shoes while in KL that week. To use during the trip for a lot of walking.
