hurm.. i jz wanna ask question.. ive been losing weight rather drastically.. thru abit so called unhealthy diet and cardio + gym
the fat is accumulating under the arm and also around the stomach and lower chest... im focusing on cardio to lose those fat now.. but is there a way to actually lose those targetted fat site? or trimming either way that can help?

recently despite of dieting.. and regular exercise.. i do gain weight  although using scale i knw im growing muscle.. since bf% decreases from 23.5% to 20.3%.. and Fatfreemass (FFM) increases.. but the value on the normal scale doesnt look so nice... even a nurse said "eh.. u got small body.. but hw come so heavy :|" haha abit demoralized since

on 24th of april 2009
weight 75.6kg fat % 23.5% fat mass 17.8kg FFM 57.8kg bmr 1637kcal
on 19th of may 2009
weight 76.5kg fat % 20.3 fat mass 15.5kg FFM 61.0kg bmr 1646kcal
this shows im building up muscle and losing fat rite? although i might retain some water.. but how NOT to retain water? is there a way?

TANITA scale from my dietician in hospital  im a student so i jz come and kacau the dietician for awhile to look at my progress in some fitness shop they offer RM30 i guess per 1 time weight

haha i have.. but some are so scary even for me to post... anyway.. dont worry about sodium intake.. i dont eat masin2 stuff to take care of my blood pressure  aiming for waistline 32 and weight of 65kg. but recently it has been abit static. but nvm since im losing body fat i guess

sit up only making ur muscle "nicer" but the only way to make it real nice is to get rid of the fat covering it...

well key to weight loss is determination and right food.. high calorie food intake wont help in losing weight for sure..
