I tried some interval training, it's killing me... lol i cant even complete 6 rounds of 20 sec work 15 sec interval.. How do i made it easier?
BTW, what does BBer means? Diet wise it's difficult as i live with my parents i have to eat what they cook. I like brown rice actually but my sister and father would be complaining if we ever switch. Lol |

I think i am doing the wrong exercise with my abs, i have not felt anything with my abs lately. I am changing sit-ups to crunches. I tried the beginner version of burpee and it is very effective too.'
Have no gym membership have to do everything in the house, hehe wait after my hectic assignment period i will go enroll for swimming lesson. Doing HIIT really save ur time, only took 30mins before you go flat. |

i realised washing + drying + polishing my house's 3 cars have the same effect of 30mins cycling.
Vacuum + mobbing the 2 stories terrace is still manageable. I seldom see people mention about stretching, i really like stretching, can feel the tense in my muscle, i wonder how to train to do a full split? I do stretching only on days i dont exercise and still get sweat .. |

I took initiative to try something i never done before, jog in the morning to the shop, buy a wholemeal bread back home. I ate it with some smoked cheese (not sure what cheese is that, bought from Holland), with a slice cheese plus some mustard. double cheese xD. The mustard taste sooo...... exactly like wasapi, dunno where my sister bought the mustard powder and self made. Another which is my favorite butter + kaya with a big cup of full cream milk. after all i prefer to eat whole meal bread cause it is more filling, if i take white bread, i felt hungry after like 2 or 3 hours, and i might eat 5 or 6 slices of bread. |

lol, 1st time in my life that i know whole meal is actually much more expensive. was shocking to pay RM3.00 for a gardenia bread, which usually cost much less for white bread

I just tried the corn flavor bread by gardenia, taste ok but i felt no corn taste at all, it's all cream. It will be better if you can prepare your own bread. I am thinking to made some salad for tomorrow meal, any suggestion? So far only thought of tomato, corn, cucumber, cabbage. Dressing with olive oil. haha, i didn't make it for the salad today, was with friend, ate some mix rice. Now only i realised how oil is mix rice vegetable lol.
i like to eat things in raw, in fact there is many food which i dont eat after it's cook. Seems like white rice can hold my hunger better than bread, i dont know why. i almost finish the whole gardenia bread in 2 days .. alone

I wanna try other brand of whole meal bread, the gardenia taste very sweet actually. I tried take 1 slice and chew without filling, it's very sweet actually.
I ate cereal drink + 6 or 7 slice of jacob hi-fiber biscuit Took chicken rice for lunch, super fattening, but not much choice near Uni, a quick survey reveal everything is as bad as the chicken rice. |

My house cant finish 1 packet of sugar in 2 years time lol, but we eat quite salty food. I still wonder why would gardenia bread cause burping, as far as i know i only burp if i am eating spicy food and doing exercise the next thing, totally upset my stomach sometimes cant even move at all.
Any idea how to eat healthier outside? I just swim 1km with 3 pack of 10 kg rice pack xD.
Worse still i am swimming some very strange style, very wrong style i guess lol. Those people must be wondering what is the monster trying to do. Took me 50mins to swim the whole course @@, i wanted to enroll for swimming course but somehow seeing so much small kid in the class ego keeps me away again > < Btw where are most of you all from? |

Lol, i hate doing housework to perfection, doing a fast and rough housework, vaccum + mobbing whole floor only 30mins. But if do it in detail.. half day gone..
I am from Cheras, i wonder any swimming pool which open in the morning? hate to swim in the evening always rain. hehe i guess my floating capacities must be good |
