RICH - the grand prize of the challenge is you beat yourself to achieve a sort term goal that seems impossible. But it will become reality when one put its heart and mind into it with fullest commitment.

myremi - What type of walking shoe? You may wanna look at jogging shoe that enable you to walk around comfortably. As I mentioned before....saucony, asics, NB (your fave), brooks, mizuno, etc......Gotta get the most cost effective and suitable shoes for walking and running......

body fat % calculator. It is off a bit from the machine i use to measure.
Tool gives me 19%, the calculation gives me 18.1%

Besides this, the machine reports different % before and after meal.

I already started 1 month ago, and this will be my second challenge brows.gif

Ok, here's my before and after (15th March vs 15th April)

15th March
weight: 75kg
waist : 90.5cm
BF% : don't know, didn't measure
BMI : 25.7

15th April
weight: 73kg
waist : 88.5cm
BF% : 18.1%
BMI : 25.2

2. tengster - BF of 17%
3. myremi - 5kg
4. charge n go [please fill this in]
5. Clarkfann - to reach below 50kg
6. Sky-Live [assume you are in. Please state your target.]
7. RICHard3200 - [join us if your exam aint affecting you]
8.

Rules:
1. only weight your weight or BF upon reaching 30days
2. no starvation
3. no liposuction or whatever vacuum suction
4. no illegal drugs allowed
5. do not tweak the weighing machine to make yourself happy
6. professional help and advice is acceptable
7. must do cardio with proper shoes [dont risk injury]
8. can still chitchat in this thread
9. cannot use B-day, sick, exam to buy time....no extension of time will be entertained.
10. prizes are allocated accordingly....and their are prizeless.....good health.

1) I am doing experiment on my body, and I need to check the result every week to fine-tune the experiments.

Still count me in. 100kg and below after 30days. Just measured last 2 days was 108kg. lol..

Will continue my diet and exercising though exam is near.

Sometimes, I like medium intensity cardio.
When I build up enough ATP, I'll go anaerobic.
When ATP depleted, I go super low intensity fat burn to replenish.
At the later stage, HIIT makes me feel like a roller coaster.
But the last stage is always the most anaerobic, feel myself like an engine at 6000rpm maximum horsepower.
And then..... ATP and carbo semua habis.....

What a great exercise !

My exercise methodology lo. I want to find what amount of free weight training and elliptical time that I shall do.
This week I cut down 1 Taekwondo session (which is now) to allow my body to rest better.

I want to pump some serious free weight trainings and also 1000kCal elliptical session this weekend. I wanna see how good the result is with the same amount of junk I am taking biggrin.gif

Oh... at this stage it is hard for me to behave myself everyday to eat clean food. Penang food are drool.gif

chargie - We accept your exceptional case since you are a trained member who can reduce injury. My concern is injury and that's the last thing we want it to happen to our members here....dude, we are all also trial and error......
