breakfst - rollet oat + whey protein /eggs + apple
Lunch - half cup brown rice + 1 to 2 chicken breast / fish / meat + lots of less oily vege Dinner - 1 to 2 Chicken breast / fish and vege In between can drink whey protein an some nuts |

hmm i dunno but i always feel fever is a good way to lose weight

Hi guys
I'm 15 this year and i'm 165cm and 65kg I think im obesed and thelast time i measured my BF is 19.5% which is I'm a football player, and I hit the gym on Fridays and my trainings for football are on thursdays, saturdays and sundays., and I exercise every Tues and Wed (Jogging/Running) what can i do to improve myself? BREAKFAST - Bread with Half Boiled Egg / Bread with butter RECESS - Fruits / Bread with Jam LUNCH - Currently dont know what to eat because im cutting away all the rice intake Tea Time -Nil DINNER - Same as lunch Hope you guys can help out (: THANKS! 65kg is not obese dude.
in fact you shoud gain some weight. >70 kg should b respectable target. since u r a football player, it must b ur diet tats lacking. i can see u r a bread man. if you eat white bread, it's the same as having rice. y not replace ur breakfast bread with more eggs. say 3-5 eggs for a start. u can also have egg for ur recess time as well as lunch. egg = protein, less fat. you can have oat for breakfast or tea time. try not to have rice at night. go for meat and vege/fruit. |

Hi~
I owned a workshop and work in a workshop~ I usually jog after my work~ I used to read tips on diet~and what food to take~ But you know as a foreman~ my work is tough~ i sweat and use a lot of strength always~ So i eat a lot~ and to jog x2 + my working is not easy~ i strictly dont take supper~ But i still cant lose weight~ it is only maintaining~ So if anyone can guide me in my foods and exercises ( without gym) i would really appreciate~ thanks~ Any fat burn product pills/drinks to recommend??~ This post has been edited by boarulez: May 19 2010, 09:27 PM |

Hi,i am university student and i always skip my breakfast cause sleep until noon just wake up..and i and 100% non vegetarian student cause i hate vegetarian..and i was 170cm and almost 80Kg+..any suggestion? And i always stay in aircond room all the day without sweat..and less eat fruit..egg...only meat + rice..

errr i tot u wanted to go to 70kg, no?
how r u going to achieve tat if you dun eat and eat and eat? DO NOT have supplement as food replacement. always try have it after solid food. if you have it b4 solid food, u will feel bloated and next thing u know, u wanna skip meals. if u think u wanna replace rice in ur dinner, try have more fruits and more vege coz u just wanna eliminate as much carbo as possible but at the same time have same/more calories in. it's ok to have rice for lunch, u still need carbo after all, just need to know when to take it. to lose fats, u need to do cardio, running/jogging/cycling/swimming. cut fried food, fatty food and cur carbo. |

hey guys and gals,
i want to lost weight im gonna start my cardio soon. gonna workout for 45min, 4x a week in the morning. do u think i can lost some weight like that?? im not sure bout my meal yet. oh, i drink green tea. i read lyn members workout journal, make me pening liao, so complicated. i want to lost weight and be healthy only, dont wan become body builder. hehe cos im a girl. |
