I'll let everyone else comment on your atrocious diet.

Patah kaki so what. People on wheelchairs can play basketball and do upper body workout without giving any excuses. I'm sure you can do elevated pushups or bench rows.

wat is apparent here is you have only 3 meals in a day. whether one is bulking or cutting, one has to split the meal (>5 meals in a day) throughout the day. for each meal, try not to eat too full. this is to make sure tat your stomach keeps burning the food throughout the day and not just specific hours like breakfast, lunch and dinner. thus, your body metabolism will increase. dun b surprised tat even if you skip dinner, you might not lose any weight bcoz ur body thinks you are 'hibernating', thus help u to store the fat you had in the morning for breakfast.

y rice in the morning?? so much rice throughout the day, it's all carbo which will turn into fats if you are not working out at all. the reason you are overweight is due to these carbos. eat more lean meat, vege and fruits and cut the rice!!!

When comes to reducing weight, ur focus got to be on how much calories u consume in a day.

Consume > calories than wat u burn = Gain fat / muscle(if u eat right)

Consume < calories than wat u burn = lose fat/ muscle (depends on wat u eat)

u need at least 1 g of protein to per pound of ur body weight and thats why u need lean MEAT for ur diet.

Carbohydrate are great stuff to boost ur energy, and it is advisable to take it in the morning, post workout and post-post workout. (u need to study what is Glycemic Index)

Fat - healthy fat actually very important during fat lost period.

From wat i can see from ur diet, it seems like u lack of lots of protein but lots of carbs.

Lastly, break ur meals into 5-6 small meals a day to increase ur metabolism.

lipo 6x vs lipo black. which would you guys recommend?
Choosing between this 2 only, tried lipo 6 prior, and looking for something stronger. I do an avg of 40 mins cardio a day 5 days a week, and weights 3 times a week for about an hour.

To burn fats, we need to know this equation,
Calories In - Calories Out = Fat Gain / (Fat Loss)

So if we eat 3000 calories per day and only use up 2500 cal, 500 cal become store as fats, generally speaking.

Knowing that, we should aim to do 2 things:
1) Reduce Calories In
2) Increase calories Out

the traditional way where we starve ourselves. Because if we do that, it will not last... We will crave for food and one day cannot take it and start eating away again. 2nd thing is that once we starve ourselves, our body goes into a starvation mode and start to accumulate fats because it thinks that we are lacking food and needs to store up energy.

Ok, the next part about Calories Out.
I realised that some exercises compared to the rest can help burn more calories and can help achieve the results faster.

1) Major Muscle Groups - Instead of doing lots of abs exercises, focus on MAJOR MUSCLE group like Chest, Deltoids (shoulders), Legs.
These muscles, when worked out, requires a lot of calories. In comparison to abs, abs exercises actually require very little calories and thus we burn less.

2) speed training and circuit training is more effective than long slow jog.

Prolly you can start a journal in the Members Workout Journal section. Record what you eat for 7 days and workouts you did (or attempted to do) and other forumers can give specific feedbacks. Losing weight is 80% behaviour and 20% head knowledge.

So many excuses. Why do you need to workout at the gym when you can workout anywhere!?

You jogging at night but do not bring any valuables lah. What to ragut?

Breakfast of fried rice and eggs. Might as well not eating anything.

Extreme feats of physical workout might kill you under your current body weight.

Start walking 30minutes a day persistently followed by light jog and increase intensity.

Forget about lighting weight! Perform cardiovascular exercise!

Eat 4-5 small protein meals a day. Combine your protein with lots of leafy vegetables and good fats such as extra virgin olive oil, red palm oil, butter or virgin coconut oil. Don't eat starchy food such as rice, bread, noodles, potatoes and also refined sugar. Starchy foods are dense in carbohydrate which will make you fat. Try this diet for a couple of months and you'll lose fats like nobody business.
When you have reached your desire body weight, you may add small amount of starchy food to your diet. If you have big appetite you may eat as much as you like as long as you leave out the starchy food. You will still lose fats. Unused or excess dietary fat and protein will be excreted out by the body. They will not be stored as body fats. Only excess carbohydrate will be stored as body fats.

You don't have to count calories. You can eat 4000 - 5000 cal and still lose fats. The only bad points are you are over loading your digestive system and other organs.

DO NOT skip meals . It will make you fatter.

Good luck.
