i currently need to lose big time of weight...
now im weight 145kg.
can it be possible to have weight around 100 kg in september...?
my diet is:
Morning: Heavy breakfast, fried rice with egg.
Afternoon: just fruits.
Night: sometime eat rice with chicken and vege and sometimes didnt eat.
My Exercise:
Ussually durin weekdays at 8 workout till 10.. but currently no workout cuz "patah kaki" for few weeks...
can anyone advice me wat kind of workout do i need to do cuz currently just do 45 min cardio and strength training the rest 1 hour.
and do also advice my diet plan...!!

Patah kaki so what. People on wheelchairs can play basketball and do upper body workout without giving any excuses. I'm sure you can do elevated pushups or bench rows.
