hey guys and gals,

i want to lost weight biggrin.gif... im overweight, Bmi is 25.5.
im gonna start my cardio soon. gonna workout for 45min, 4x a week in the morning. do u think i can lost some weight like that?? im not sure bout my meal yet. oh, i drink green tea.

i read lyn members workout journal, make me pening liao, so complicated. i want to lost weight and be healthy only, dont wan become body builder. hehe cos im a girl. biggrin.gif

weight training?? no wor, jz do cardio at the moment. let me burn fat for a week or two 1st, then only learn the weighty stuff...

Oh, about green tea, i feel wanna vomit if i drink too much (more than 3 -4 cups), maybe it wash off all the thing in my tummy... ?? not very sure...

i eat my breakfast/brunch at hawker stall, wantan mee/ ho fun soup etc... lunch and dinner at the moment i cut off rice lo...

Brunch.... u skip break fast? tats one major issue for weight lost, ALWAYS have ur breakfast.

U  dun eat rice but wantan mee and these two are actually the same thing.... Both are carbohydrate, try to consume oat or other complex carbohydrate in the morning.

Other than that u can consume minimal carbs but high protein food with some healthy fat.

E.g

7am - oranges/ Oat with egg
10am - oranges/grape or any low gi fruit with tuna/meat/ whey?(if u r too lazy to pack up ur food)
1pm - Vege + meat
4pm - Some nuts (walnut, almond, sunflower seed etc)
7pm - vege + meat
10pm - peanut butter/nuts/olive oil/coconut oil  + egg or any protein source
11pm Sleep

So tats the rought plan of wat u might wan to eat, and u need at least 1g of protein to per pound of ur body weight.

FUh~ this is my lifestyle changing, i must do it!! Thanks janson_kaniaz & jamis for the advices. really appreciate. U know its hard to do the things by ownself without ppl suggestion and support.. LOL.
if i wake up early, I will have breakfast. some time i wake up late, i will hv my brunch at 11am... around 3pm have a cup of coffee/tea with jacob cracker and then dinner lo.

i signed up for 3 months gym. target to lost 10kg, if possible 15kg... this is achievable right?? not dangerous for my health?? i heard ppl said if lost weight too fast, it will gain back fast too, is it real??
i dunno much bout weightlifting... is it like do 10x or 20x of each equipment in the gym?? i think im going to grab the lightest one- haha.

hmm... Tmr have to go hypermarket walk walk, buy some diet food dy... smile.gif really suck in diet meal... i wonder how do u guys know how many calories in the meal?
i understand in order to lost weight, i have to consume half of the calories i need a day. also have to deduct how much calories i burn while i do the cardio thing.

increase ur jogging time slowly la-
5min jog, 5min walk.
10min jog, 5min walk. so on...

my stamina also weak one...

some of the weight is my muscle?? this is why i am scare to do weightlifting. fat become muscle, no way to make muscle smaller?
mmm, i still have a lot of flabby area, many more fat to burn...

one week past dy, my weight still remain the same. but i can feel my thigh is not hard dy, more flabby than previous. lol, oil/fat in my thigh start melting??

haha, ok... not melt, is burn lo... haha...

weekdays:
breakfast: one egg and one white bread. + hl milk (i know, white bread not good, im gonna get wholewheat soon)
lunch: cracker + hl milk. or fishball noodle
dinner: half rice with what my mom cook. if eat outside with friend, mostly order noodle + steamfish.
snack? mini tomato / grapes/ fruits.

weekend abit heavy... haha.

ooO...i forgot breakfast tat day, and went to gym, end up wuek wuek vomit some water... doh.gif
