fruit contain fructose. Fructose is not favoured in muscle. The are converted into glycogen and stored in liver. To have energy for anaerobic exercise, you have to have glycogen in your muscle, which can broken from rice/oat (starchy grains).

it's ok clarkfan . you can always got into cutting. Some body fat and muscle will be lost and you will look like angelina jolie smile.gif

In my opinion gardenia wholemeal bread is better than hi5 wholemeal bread. Look at the carb, protein and calorie amount. The more the protein the better. Protein is expensive. The less the calorie. The better. Calorie is cheap

wholegrain bread from jusco or tesco or carrefour got margerine as their ingrediet. Is it ok to consume margerine? US is boycotting trans fat. (margerine contains trans fat).

I read from somewhere, body don't recoqnized the processed trans fat. It's very hard to remove the trans fat from the body.

you can try to eat 2 hours before sleep. But, don't take roti canai or nasi lemak as supper. Maybe some oatmeal and milk/whey.

Actually as long as you have caloric deficit, you can lose weight. be it muscle loss or fat loss.

ok heres the nutritional fact for 100g of gardenia and high5 wholegrain bread.

Gardenia

Energy - 222kcal
Carb - 36.4g
Protein - 10.9g
Fat - 2.6g
Fiber - 7.4g

High 5
Energy - 253kcal
Carb - 44.6g
Protein - 10.5g
Fat - 2.3g
Fiber - 4.4g

You see, gardenia have lower calories and higher protein and fiber. Or gardenia is bluffing ? who knows. Gardenia Breakthrough has lesser calories, but the price is too exp at RM4.50 per loaf

3 weeks for 10kg is too fast. You must have losing some muscle. 3kg in 3 weeks is the healthy weight loss for beginner.

wow you sure eat so little. Are you a guy or girl. If you're a guy, then Eat like a man. Then exercise like a man flex.gif at least 1800kcal a day with enough exercise

Between potato and white rice ??

Which has low GI and also which has low calories ? GI is considered when selecting carbohydrate. The lower the GI the better. Usually complex carb will have low-medium GI value.

Woman don't have to go to 15% bodyfat to look good. Even man is hard to reach 15% bodyfat. 21% bodyfat is already average for a woman. 21-25% bodyfat is equal to 15-19% bodyfat for man. All man knows it's hard to get to 15% bodyfat rclxub.gif

get rid sounds like you want to chop them off. Reduce fat is a better phrase. Try jogging first. 4 times a week 30 minutes at one time

sky.NET. don't just eat oat. You need some protein and fat also. protein at least 0.8g of your bodyweight in kg if you are not exercising or 1.2g per your bodyweight in kg minimum if you are exercising. Say if you are 100kg, you need to eat at least 80g protein

Fat also need about 20-30% of your total calorie.

you don't stay on low carb diet for too long. Maybe 2 month ? ronnie coleman do that on pre contest . Don't go on too low carb. maybe take about min of 80g of carbs per day for woman

I donno if you can clean what you eat when already inside your stomach. It sounds just too easy. The reason I'm building muscle is to eat more biggrin.gif cause I like my food rclxms.gif
