Hi,i am university student and i always skip my breakfast cause sleep until noon just wake up..and i and 100% non vegetarian student cause i hate vegetarian..and i was 170cm and almost 80Kg+..any suggestion? And i always stay in aircond room all the day without sweat..and less eat fruit..egg...only meat + rice..

Anyone can guide me how to jogging? How to control breathing? My heartbeat will jump extreme fast when i jogging for really short distance..isn't because i always stay inside air cond room or i really tooooo fat?
