Hi~
I owned a workshop and work in a workshop~
I usually jog after my work~ I used to read tips on diet~and what food to take~
But you know as a foreman~ my work is tough~ i sweat and use a lot of strength always~ So i eat a lot~ and to jog x2 + my working is not easy~ i strictly dont take supper~
But i still cant lose weight~ it is only maintaining~
So if anyone can guide me in my foods and exercises ( without gym) i would really appreciate~ thanks~
Any fat burn product pills/drinks to recommend??~
