i'm no expert. don't really think u r overweight. two main things - diet and workout.
Diet - CUT CARBO!!!! CUT WHITE RICE, NOODLE, WHITE BREAD ETC. Remember to have 5-6 meals each day, each meal dun make it heavy. this is to make sure ur body doesnt stop burning food, therefore 'working out' internally.

Thanks. It does not matter that you are not the expert. At least you know it better than me.

yaya, i dont like muscle also... to tone up a bit ok la... tongue.gif
gambateh ya... 5kg more!! hehehe
FUh~ this is my lifestyle changing, i must do it!! Thanks janson_kaniaz & jamis for the advices. really appreciate. U know its hard to do the things by ownself without ppl suggestion and support.. LOL.
if i wake up early, I will  have breakfast. some time i wake up late, i will hv my brunch at 11am... around 3pm have a cup of coffee/tea with jacob cracker and then dinner lo.

i signed up for 3 months gym. target to lost 10kg, if possible 15kg... this is achievable right?? not dangerous for my health?? i heard ppl said if lost weight too fast, it will gain back fast too, is it real??
i dunno much bout weightlifting... is it like do 10x or 20x of each equipment in the gym?? i think im going to grab the lightest one- haha.

hmm... Tmr have to go hypermarket walk walk, buy some diet food dy... smile.gif really suck in diet meal... i wonder how do u guys know how many calories in the meal?
i understand in order to lost weight, i have to consume half of the calories i need a day. also have to deduct how much calories i burn while i do the cardio thing.
wow only low fat milk and apple for 4 months?? dont u get bored with it... black coffee b4 workout good meh?? but anyway!! bravo!!! 30kgs!!  thumbup.gif

Toning up showing muscle XD

3 months for 10kg? it is possible but i afraid some of the weight might be ur muscle. I just finish my 3 months cycle and i lost around 6kg (from 84 to 78kg) and i mostly train on weights only, cardio may be once a week or 2 times the most (too lazy and afraid losing muscle).

Aft losing weight can gain weight faster than normal? Logically it could be possible, as u exercise and u eat separated meals ur metabolism tends to get higher and u will get hungry more often and therefore when u stop, u burn less calories and u consume the same amt of calories while u r exercising and result in calorie surplus. Personally, i m addicted to gym, so hope it does for u too XD.

For the calories part u can always search for nutritional fact for each food, then get a scale and weight ur food, then u will know how much u eat wink.gif

For weight, google can help u or u can go to the bodybuilding corner, tons of regulars will help u up.

Low fat milk and apple for 4 months, if i have lactose intolerance i think my rectum going to look like hibiscus by then.

Guys just want to know, when ever i have to stay back at college, i go to a chinese veg for lunch, and pack my self with vege's and 1 mock meat dish. I want to know, isit better if i get brown rice or noodles(doesn't look oily/greasy). Which is better for weight loss diet? I normally eat chapati at home, but...its not as tasty outside, so i opt for chinese veg.

yes, im a vegan

ur college's chinese stall provide brown rice? if tats the case, go for it, rather than noodles. even chapati is a typical carbo made of refined flour, therefore a no no.
if you r saying u go for chinese vegetarian stall, pls b reminded not to take too much artificial vegetarian meat, which is essentially flour+artificial flavouring+a lot of persevatives+coloring = bad. go for REAL VEGETABLES.

Definitely fish and grilled food are healthier choices but they are much more expensive. Maybe I have to hit kenny Rogers instead.

I usually hit Subway if I'm out eating alone. Just make sure to look up the calorie/fat values online so that you know which ones to choose (since not all of them are healthy). I.e. a Turkey Breast 6" wheat bread sub with cheese, and just mustard is 320c and 6.5g of fat.

[Other "safe" choices are Roast Beef, Turkey Breast and Turkey Ham, and Chicken Teriyaki]

Compare this to say McDonald's Big Mac with 540c and 29g of fat, well...I'm sure you get the picture.

Just make sure you don't ask for condiments such as mayonaise (a killer in terms of calories/fat) on your sub and you'll be safe. And of course don't spoil it by taking a non-diet soft drink with itlah. tongue.gif

my weight loss program is kind of extreme...i only drink one cup of low fat milk and one big red apple for breakfast ,lunch and dinner except for Saturday and Sunday as i tend to go out with my friends  sweat.gif . In the afternoon one hour before my weightlifting and jogging session i would drink one big glass of black coffee with out sugar sad.gif  . I would workout 2 hour a day 1 hour for weightlifting 1 hour jogging. i am 184cm tall and at that time weighing at 110 kg, in 4 month i lost 30 kg. Now planning to gain more muscle as i look to skinny now .

80 kgs and you look too skinny? Any pics?

But in any case, it'as an amazement how you have energy to follow through your workout with that diet.

sorry if any of u thinks that my question is abit too low IQ or offended anybody..but I would like to get some opinion about it..hehe~~

majority thinks that way; but don't forget it is all about output and input into the body, therefore, besides "exercise", there is definite a need to watch your diet smile.gif that's my opinion

true..but it seems like it's abit hard for me to lose weight recently coz im back to my hometown for awhile..will skip gym for 1mth now..A month ago, i started becoming vegetarian for a week and i lost 2kg after that week but sadly after that,it remain constant eventhough i continue to eat vege..my vegetarian diet is purely vege..nothing made of flour..haha..i tot i can continue eating vege and lost 2kg evry wk but i guess that cannot be achieved already since my weight is all this while constant now..haha~~ i guess im too naive already.. sweat.gif
