yaya, i dont like muscle also... to tone up a bit ok la...
gambateh ya... 5kg more!! hehehe
FUh~ this is my lifestyle changing, i must do it!! Thanks janson_kaniaz & jamis for the advices. really appreciate. U know its hard to do the things by ownself without ppl suggestion and support.. LOL.
if i wake up early, I will have breakfast. some time i wake up late, i will hv my brunch at 11am... around 3pm have a cup of coffee/tea with jacob cracker and then dinner lo.
i signed up for 3 months gym. target to lost 10kg, if possible 15kg... this is achievable right?? not dangerous for my health?? i heard ppl said if lost weight too fast, it will gain back fast too, is it real??
i dunno much bout weightlifting... is it like do 10x or 20x of each equipment in the gym?? i think im going to grab the lightest one- haha.
hmm... Tmr have to go hypermarket walk walk, buy some diet food dy...

really suck in diet meal... i wonder how do u guys know how many calories in the meal?
i understand in order to lost weight, i have to consume half of the calories i need a day. also have to deduct how much calories i burn while i do the cardio thing.
wow only low fat milk and apple for 4 months?? dont u get bored with it... black coffee b4 workout good meh?? but anyway!! bravo!!! 30kgs!!

Toning up showing muscle XD
3 months for 10kg? it is possible but i afraid some of the weight might be ur muscle. I just finish my 3 months cycle and i lost around 6kg (from 84 to 78kg) and i mostly train on weights only, cardio may be once a week or 2 times the most (too lazy and afraid losing muscle).
Aft losing weight can gain weight faster than normal? Logically it could be possible, as u exercise and u eat separated meals ur metabolism tends to get higher and u will get hungry more often and therefore when u stop, u burn less calories and u consume the same amt of calories while u r exercising and result in calorie surplus. Personally, i m addicted to gym, so hope it does for u too XD.
For the calories part u can always search for nutritional fact for each food, then get a scale and weight ur food, then u will know how much u eat

For weight, google can help u or u can go to the bodybuilding corner, tons of regulars will help u up.
Low fat milk and apple for 4 months, if i have lactose intolerance i think my rectum going to look like hibiscus by then.
