After work I cannot do elliptical already, because got TKD trainings / courses to attend.
My only option now is lunch hour.
If I put to level 5, the first 20 minute I easily yawn, and the HR is very low, like 110 - 120 only.
level 6 it is good. I can talk and the HR is up to 130 - 140. Sweat is quite little thou.
level 7, the HR is about the same too, 130 - 145, but talking is a bit hard if prolonged, sweats well.
level 8, the HR will be 140 - 155. This one can only spout a few words, haha. Can sweat until 1/2 shirt wet.
by the way, level 8 intensity @ 66rpm is supposed to be my 60% - 70% HR under normal condition.
When sleep 6 hours, or body muscular ache, level 5 ady can shoot up to 140 - 155 HR.
