Going to do intensive HIIT later evening... juz now went to supermarket to buy groceries... damn... only now i know 14ml of cooking oil contain 150cal!!! i was like WTF!

dokidoki, i once did that - measure 3x/day, everyday. the more i measure, the easier i get frustrated and the less i get motivated. i got rid of the scale (traded it with bubbles, whom bought me a pair of nike sneakers instead (I LOVE YOU BUBBLES!!)  ) and use my waist measurement/fitting of various clothings/mirror for progress  there's a scale in this house and one at the gym, I'm doing great not stepping on them so far except for yesterday for this challenge This post has been edited by Syd G: Apr 18 2009, 02:22 PM

But at least i can't measure now even if i stand on it. xD

I am still weighing myself on daily basis....hehehee...But I cant measure my BF (this is the one I am on this challenge).....
Alan Aragon (the renown nutrationist in California) mentioned that mirror is a good tool to measure BF instead of caliper or etc......But please DONT ask me not look look at the mirror until 30days. I will goto office in full messiness.....
Today is rest day for me....Tomorrow gonna be a crazy cardio day for me.........So far for rest day, I am eating pretty clean

Today my workout gone bad. Give up after just 30min of workout because PE lesson at school today make me exhausted. =.=

I took a large coselaw + a large mashed potato as lunch. It didn't provide me enough energy to pump 500kCal in gym.
KFC phailed.

how do you identified him as a fast or slow metaboliser?
@charge actually from your workout, you dont have to worry too much carbohydrate i think, just eat what is essential

those are mayo, that outlet you went probably saving cost xD. so watery cause added with water to save more haha
btw mayo is very fattening, my sister describe to me how to make it and i almost swear not to take it anymore if i can. I wanna self make my own mayo with olive oil one day

(really makan type, nvr put into water). Dem... in gym still fart from mouth, all the sayur smell.

aiya, why dont u mix in small bottle of water, drink while u work out leh?
i rmb doing that when i climb mount kinabalu, very effective
